This office seems to decide what days you should receive your mail. I had 3 items that were supposed to be delivered today(1/27/24) and no mail. Same thing happened on Wednesday. What is going on? Why are we not getting our mail when we should?

Every time I am supposed to get a package delivered they not only don’t deliver it stating “no one was home” when someone was home. But they also don’t leave a slip which makes it a hassle to even pickup my package. On the rare off chance it does get delivered they throw my packages in the driveway instead of dropping off at front door. Almost ran over the last package. And now I am trying to pick up another at post office with no slip. Unnecessary headaches.

Any time I get a package through usps it is a crazy headache. Says delivered to my mailbox at 1:40 pm. Everyone was home, nobody ever saw any kind of vehicle pull up too my mailbox.

Talk about going down hill just like everything else. Getting rid of quality workers to diversify with cheap, lazy labor. Time to move further out. Just went from a 2 star to a one. Maybe they should have Amazon deliver for them. It took over twelve hours from North Houston to arrive in Splendora. Now, 2 days on Monday I do not see the package, and the mail has come. I guess they're done lost it here. Incredible and sad, maybe it's time to go back to the Pony Express. It could be they are in cahoots with the weather service. They both seem to have similar track records.

Doesn’t deserve a single star! I just left this post office because the post office attendant was talking and talking with customer and not concerned with the others waiting in line for their turn. Ot was a total waste of my time and i was late to work for that matter. Thank for the awesome customer service. It was a blk lady with short red hair. Thank you so much?

Horrible customer service and lack of common sense. They will take a picture of your mail, send an email that it's coming, and then return it to sender. Makes sense right?
