They'll charge you if someone writes you a check and you don't have an account. Twenty dollars.

Their customer service is less than pleasant. Why be rude and snooty when it's so much easier and it's your job to be nice and helpful to the customers/members? You're not the only bank out there so you really should appreciate the business.

Great bank. They treat you like a customer and not just a number. Highly recommend First Bank & Trust East Texas in Splendora, TX. I am editing my post concerning First Bank and Trust East Texas, we have went back to the Bank several times for loans services. Each time was a good experience. Always treated well.
