I asked for coffin shaped nails and got square tip only. I was told 3 different prices the refills will be when I decide to come back. How can you change the price 3 times? I told my cousin about this and found out Danny and another customer made fun of her hair color while she waited for her nails to be done and how she walked out. The only tech I like there is the pedicure lady. I'm going to Olive Nails in New Caney to have them correct it.

I didn’t even have my nails on a whole week before they started popping off and lifting ! The service was good they were supper nice how ever If you’re wanting a better quality go elsewhere.

I have went here since they opened. Today I went in and the lady was on her phone the whole time, I took in consideration that maybe something was going on in her life and after she completed my services I tipped her. When I went to pay, the machine messed up with the receipt paper. The lady told me to swipe my card again. I pulled up my account and it showed she already had charged my account. I showed her and she said I had to pay again. I told her no I wasn’t. She could see I paid and if I were to pay again it would take 7-10 business days to get my money back and I told her I’m not going to do it. She then proceeded to tell me I had to and then called the owner. The owner told me to pay, I said I’m not and he told me to stay there so he can check when he gets there. I told him no I am not waiting for him. I left my phone number and told him to just call me. I left out and the lady chased me down and took pictures of my car license plate. (A lot of people were in there so for one they made me out to be a bad person and embarrassed me, when I did nothing wrong. ) They have horrible costumer service to handle a situation like that. I called 30 minutes later and they said he wasn’t there yet, I said have him call me back she said o no worry we have your money. I was like ok so I need to talk to the owner about how y’all treated me. Called back 30 minutes later still he wasn’t there and she still said o it’s paid. I then said that’s the problem. Needless to say they have yet to call and try to fix it. No apology, nothing. I am letting all my friends and family know how they treated a loyal customer that has been there from the start.

UPDATE: I just called and spoke to the man who did my nails (he said his name is Danny) and he refuses to fix it and said it was my nails even though i have before and after picture proof. This place is obviously a rip off and i should have read the reviews before i went there.Came here with my 7 year old to get her nails painted and I wanted acrylics after finally growing my natural nails to xl length. The woman I think her name is Tina was really sweet to my daughter. I don't know the man's name that did my acrylics but my natural nails that I was finally so proud of are now short again. I'm not happy with my nails at all. He also said he was "just cleaning" under my nails with the e file, but he filed off the edges and corners of my natural nails to the point that I may as well had just clipped them off before I got here. Make sure you never lose your gift certificate. They do not keep up with it. Even if you have a picture they will not honor it.
