“Kendra was professional and to the point. If you go in with everything in hand and ready to go it will be an easy transaction. We got to our child’s passport appointment early and she let us know we were extremely early but then went ahead and assisted us anyways. She was nice enough to make a copy of something i didn’t have correctly. It’s sad to see that the postal workers at this location are getting so many negative remarks when 1. They have to deal with the public on a daily basis that in its self is difficult and 2. They are over worked and I’m sure underpaid. Especially for this location, this area has truly out grown this tiny post office and I’m sure has put a lot of strain on the workers. This place needs an upgrade and more assistance! The sad thing is the post workers get the worst of it while the city keeps making upgrades in other places that are not top priority.”

“I consistently choose this USPS store over others because of the outstanding service provided by its friendly and courteous staff. Unlike other all locations I've visited, the workers here are consistently nice and go above and beyond to solve customer problems, even during closing time. I appreciate the cleanliness and tidiness of the place, making it a welcoming environment. Thank you all for your helpfulness!”

“They people that work here are nice and quick for a post office. My visit today was overshadowed by a belligerent thirty something woman in a cheetah print suit drive by a white mustang. She filled out a card and expected them pretty much to give it to her. They allowed to get loud, screaming and cursing filled with a room of elderly people in line. They should have asked her to leave. I was told that she's in there often. If this is the case she should be banned from building. She was threatening the elderly cashier and then had the nerve to lodge a complaint. They catered to her and thought nothing of the many people in there sadly.”
