“If I could give more stars I would! Mrs. Lisa at this location is an angel! My son is autistic and has an obsession with the sesame street ELMO dvds. I called her location to see if they would happen to have any and she took the time to go through every copy they had to see if we had it or not yet. I am so very grateful for her taking the time to do that. I didn't expect it at all but it made me so emotional! If you know you know! Mrs. Lisa never stop being you!”

“Hello this was my first time ever in Bealls and I needed a grey outfit for church I found me a beautiful blouse and as I was getting ready to check out the manager asked was everything okay I asked her yes but do y'all have any skirts she said yes we have a few will guess what I found a nice Grey skirt the only one that had and it matches real nice with my blouse so I purchase both and I was so happy with the manager her name is Liz and the cashier name is JC she was nice as well so I will be going back to Bealls in the future and I will make sure I let somebody know about very nice clean place and the staff is wonderful thank you the singing customer.”
“All you truck drivers coming here. You need to go in by the dollar tree and back all the way down to the dock door. You CANNOT go through the parking lot even with no cars it’s to tight”
“This store has always been very clean and organized... and also it is well stocked at all times.. Seasonal, etc. The young man that is the main front check out cashier is absolutely SUPERB when it comes to real customer service. He stands out because he is different... THE FABULOUS KIND OF DIFFERENT!! I personally enjoy going into this store and seeing what kind of clothing, jewelry and even eye makeup he has on that day. He is eclectic and out going plus he loves his job. I don't stare nor judge anyone because I don't believe any of us on this earth can. Only one person in my opinion can and will. To be literally right in the front of a retail establishment is difficult if you LOOK like everybody else.. my point is this.. look beyond the cover of this particular book... as they say...What I personally found was a human being that is the opposite of a coward, a person that loves himself and his wonderful "looks"... A beautiful human being that we ALL should take notes from.He is a conversationalist, he's so helpful, and funny, educated... I could go on... but MAINLY.... he/she can be whomever or whatever the person they choose... this young man is the asset to this store... management please know and see this and reward him.Oh... his face is made up beautifully... I'm a 58 yr old woman and I've never looked close to this even with a professional artist. He has style and class on every level, honestly. CLENCHER... He treats every customer the same.. I've witnessed it a thousand times over...I've also witnessed every race, male and female, all ages, etc... talk down to him, gauk at him, turn around and walk out of this store, on and on and on. It's horrifying to witness.. this is my reasoning behind my review.... my heart went out to him and I was so sorry for him... people never made him waiver... can't get anymore REAL than that!! He is a true individual and employee... personally, I would be so grateful to be half of what he stands for..”

“This is one of the nicer/cleaner TJ Maxx stores we've been to. Like other TJ Maxx's, you'll be sure to find a lot of random items at fair prices. And much like all TJ Maxx's you'll find portions of the store ransacked like a bus load of preschoolers were dropped off and left unattended. This location is a good place to look around while on a wait-list for one of the neighboring restaurants or when looking for cheap gifts.”
“This store is ALWAYS organized & clean, I was there today around 4:45 or so and I just want to say that the girl that was working was busy stocking the cooler area and then went over to take care of the customers at the register, she apologized to them for making them wait and explained why; the reason she gave was that the truck showed up late and she was by herself and was running behind schedule. She was 'VERY POLITE' with the customers ahead of me and also with me a patient with me because my card took 3 times for it to work but she walked me through it all and also said to me Have a Nice Day. I'm sorry that I dont remember her name but she 'DESERVES RECOGNITION' for her dedication to the customers and the store! I left concerned that she was by herself in such a lager store. As I was leaving 3 cars had pulled up.”

“This is the closest store to me so I visit this location often. The manager, Ms Minnie, is an amazing lady!!! There are few other ladies that have been there a while too, that are just the sweetest!!Whoa! I just read a review that surprised me. I can't speak of the previous manager but when Ms Minnie became manager she straightened that place up. And talk about she hollers at the customers that's just a flat-out lie! I was in there one time when a customer was trying to get money back for something that she didn't have a receipt for and was saying some crazy rude stuff acting a fool. Ms. Minnie totally kept her composure and was as nice as could be. I'm in that store more than I should be and never once have I saw her raise her voice or even act upset, at all. She's always got a smile on her face.”

“The Walmart in Cleveland, TX, has the best bakery team! I ordered several wedding cakes , yes I know.. wedding cakes! The staff was so accommodating and assisted me with minor additions to the cakes. The groom cake was reasonably priced and decorated with some similarities to the wedding cake. I'm feeding a group of 150 and spending under $200! Way to go, Walmart!”
“Due to the reviews online, I called ahead to make sure my prescriptions were ready. The technician that answered the phone was very professional! Once in the store, I was greeted promptly and courteously by another technician and she made sure that all my questions about my medication were answered by the pharmacist on staff! I say KUDOS TO WAL MART PHARMACY STAFF and.........if you want to be treated kindly any place you interact with people you have to treat them kindly!”

“Great prices. Little cluttered but that's why it is a discount store they get lots of stock. I have gone a lot since the new caney store opened have visited Pearland store more than once. If you want goid stuff at a great price go see for yourself.”
“Great store! Always has everything I need. The only problem I have is with the self checkout. It seems a little unfair that it calls for a sales associate almost every time my wife and I go. When they scan their badge, it shows a picture of us scanning our items. A little " unfair " if you ask me.”
“The store was pretty congested because it was crowded and they had merchandise carts in the aisles, but I guess they are getting ready for the holidays. There were only two cashiers with a very long line, but it went fast. My cashier was very friendly and efficient.”
