Yesterday I broke down and had to be towed from Cleveland to Kingwood and the team driver’s Mr. Mike and Mrs. Michelle came to get me and while I was waiting for Mr. Mike to finish loading my truck, Mrs Michelle offered me a cold bottle of water and just tried to help me calm my nerves and Mr Mike was very nice about asking me about directions to my house.
I truly appreciate the care and kindness that they both showed me yesterday. There is no amount of words to express how much I appreciate them.

Do not use this towing company. My gf and I received the worst experience with this company. My gf and I were stuck on the side of the road and they told us that they will be there in 35-40 mins. They did not tell us that they were near or on the their way. We paid $200 to go 1.5 miles away. They left us in the side of the road for about three hrs or so. They wanted us to pay 50 dollars on top of what we paid so that they would come out right away. It is by far the worst towing company and they were only 3.4 miles away/ five mins away from where I was currently at. Never again.

1st time in a while finding myself in need of a tow. They sent out Erin to me, and he got there in such a timely manner, he was very professional, and straight to business. I watched him take pride in his job and make sure he was doing everything correctly. Not only that, but he took the time to listen to me ramble and tear up about how hard life is hitting. He didn’t judge and just lent an honest ear, and for that, thank you Erin. This is TRUE customer service at its finest. You made everything just a tad bit better. I commend you on what you do and thank you for your service to our community ? It certainly does not go unnoticed.If the employees are anything like Erin, I’ll recommend County Line Towing to anyone!! Thanks y’all for getting me home safely. ??

We have roadside assistance, and they sent out County Line Towing. From the start of the nice lady answering the phone to the towtruck driver, their customer service was outstanding. The gentleman was professional and kind. It's hard to find great service these days. I would recommend anyone who needs a tow to give them a call.
