Do not come here ! For 300 bucks a night I would have expected a well manared gentlemen with an English accent . In reality - front desk would not even answear the phone ( if you are doomed - it’s on you, they don’t care if you have problems or not )
Second - you will have to share the dirty bathroom with some one else .
Third - there is no gas in the grill ( come on ! For that much money you can’t even maintain your facility ?! )
Motel 6 has more common sense and a customer service , it’s a dirty , nasty place for a furtune per night . I am deeply surprised how you are still staying in business

We stayed in the Juniper treehouse and really enjoyed our time. It is very adventurous vibe and exactly what I was hoping for when we booked the place. The bathrooms are a small walk away, but nothing major and as others mentioned they are well maintained. The pool was cool too. They do a great job here.
A few things people may want to know. It definitely is loud from the road noise at the juniper and willow. You’ll notice it’s not that far from Hwy 71. We were hearing cars and trucks all through the day and night. It’s not like honking and sirens loud, but you do hear the road noise pretty clearly. Also, if you are there when other people are staying in the neighboring treehouse it can be a little frustrating if they keep their lights on late at night as this glows right into the window. I took a picture, this was around 11 at night. I’m not sure how to combat this as they provide blinds and everyone is there to enjoy themselves, but I was hoping to feel a little more distanced from night lights being in nature. It was not a problem the first night when no one was in the neighboring treehouse. The staff is great though, anything we needed they were quick and helpful.
All in all a great trip and fun times. If you are looking for something super secluded, this probably wouldn’t be the best spot. I am unsure if the more expensive treehouses have the road noise and light issue.

My wife & I stayed in the LOFTHAVEN for 2 nights. The bathouse is super humid & hot. We wanted to enjoy the waterfall but we ended not getting in at all because it was not clean & there was green mold in between the limestone. The bathroom was tiny & also not the cleanest. The sink in the bathroom is very slow, just use the kitchen sink. Just a little warning there will be bugs & the shower ONLY has cold water too. we found a scorpin in the shower & wolf spider. Overall for the PRICE we paid we wish it was much cleaner & We were pretty disappointed about the waterfall but The actual loft was great it was clean & peaceful! Shout out to Mrcool (the A/C unit) it worked the whole time we were there it kept us cool while we slept. If we came again we would have choose a different treehouse.

We had a great stay in the juniper tree house. It was a little retreat for my husband and I for a few days and we enjoyed getting to experience Spicewood and the area around it. A few things to mention:
1. the Willow and Juniper treehouses and off the main road and you can head the traffic in your room at all hours. I didn’t think I was sensitive to the noise of traffic, but it is amplified when you are surrounded by this beautiful nature scenery and then hear multiple vehicles driving by.
2. The bathrooms are very well kept. I was a little nervous about the idea of community bathrooms and then being outdoor bathrooms, but they out did themselves with design, and upkeep. There are many, many daddy long legs on the outside of the bathroom doors (a few sneak their way in) but you are in the middle of trees and nature so it is expected.
3. The staff is incredibly friendly.
4. If you have a chance to venture out, go to Round Mountain Distillery (about 20 minute drive) Mike the owner is great company and has great rum. Angels has a great outdoor space with live music, and sweet berry farm was a fun activity depending on the season.
5. Ask if you can tour the event center, it is BEAUTIFUL! They need to be marketing this space because it is amazing.
6. There is some housekeeping that needs to be kept up with a little better mainly in the front office which I thought was strange because that’s where your guests come in to greet you. But it just needs a good dusting a sweep, nothing too serious.
Overall our stay was good. I would recommend this for anyone wanting a unique little getaway, just don’t forget your sound machine!

We stayed in Lofthaven for our honeymoon and was very nice being secluded and having our own private kitchenette and waterfall tub, but sadly the bedroom portion "A/C" wasn't sufficient enough to cool the room at all, we understand it's summer but it was miserable for the 600 a night price tag, we also went up to the front office and it was left completely unlocked with nobody in sight, and the staff has yet to respond after we had sent a voicemail about us vacating the premise for the second night and wanting a refund. This place would be great in the winter months but I would definitely stay away during summer unless you like sweating your a** off.

we were there for our grandaughters wedding in Spicewood Texas. Please go to tripadvisor from this april to see my full review. Not a good experience. Had no water pressure. With 7 grandchildren and 5 adults with inability to take baths or effective showers. Called management with no resolution. No compensation for any of the $3,300 for a 2 nite stay. Also, no mention of no icemaker, or microwave oven!! Pool was drained an under construction. No warning obviously. Trully a horrible experience and want the public to know before you sign up to ask all the ?'s.

???Red flags! Once you book your stay here, it is NON REFUNDABLE???
Where is the ZERO STARS option?!?
Seriously, do not stay here!!!
My husband surprised me with a treehouse stay for my birthday. The word “treehouse” is very misleading. It is a tent that is sitting in a tree. A piece of canvas for a roof. Very thin boards for the walls. A bathhouse that is shared amongst all of the guests. The bed was comfortable…but we were not able to sleep due to the noise pollution and bugs dropping down on us. We might as well have been sleeping on the side of the highway!! Our “treehouse” was located directly in front of the entrance on a very busy road. (See pictures) Over 100 acres and they chose to build the “treehouses” directly off the main street. To save our weekend from getting ruined by this place, we booked a hotel for Saturday night…before we ever went to bed on Friday night! I cannot express enough how misleading their website is! The only useful information on their website is the list of activities to do offsite! Their “lake” is not a lake. It is a collection of water that I would never step foot in! Their pool was drained. No clue where to go to see these bison they mentioned. This place is a scam!

Very disappointed with this establishment. Most amenities were not available unless you like yard chess for 12 hrs in the sun, the online hook and bait web page lures you in for amenities that have been closed for years. The dirty sheets and twigs on our bed accented the cob webs in the main office shelving. The missing property manager made it impossible to request new sheets or move to a suitable canopy. The no refund policy should be a red flag that this establishment is in rapid decline. I will report this establishment to the BBB, I feel I have been vambooseled, and put away wet and moldy.
