Nicest Boat Storage Facility we've ever encountered! We've been at Austin Lakeside for 7 years with 2 different boats! The proximity to Briarcliff in addition to the amenities and cleanliness of Austin Lakeside will spoil you from traditional boat storage locations. The rainwater wash station & dumpster are above and beyond any other facility I've seen. The decision to select this location was really easy after looking around and visiting the facility.

Super handy for boat storage and access close to the Briarcliff Marina. Clean and neat with rainwater wash access keep boat spotless. Super nice and helpful management. Reasonable price and remote gate access with an iOS app.

This is a great RV Storage place. Excellent location, excellent facility and more importantly extremely great people to work with. Having your investment in a safe, clean environment that you can access and see, sets Austin Lakeside apart from others.

I have been here almost two years. Clean, nice, concreted, wash area, great lighting and safety. Sold my RV, but when I get another or a boat I will definitely be back.

I've kept my boat here for several years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The facility is top notch and well maintained. The owners have been amazing and genuinely seem to care about their tenants. The location is extremely close to the marina and having secure 24 hour access with lighting is very helpful. Highly recommended.

I have had 3 storage units at Austin Lakeside (boat, RV and storage unit). Curtis and Donna have been so accommodating to ensure our experience was wonderful!! If we weren't moving we'd keep all of our toys there for sure.
