Ardita was very kind and helpful. We bought my rings from her and she was a great representative of the store. She deserves 10 stars for her professionalism and communication.
Gary was not even our rep and was completely unprofessional and very uncomfortable. He rubbed my shoulder and then made fun of my fiancés ring size. Just a complete jerk to us.

This place is amazing. I was greeted kindly by Gary as soon as I walked in the door. Gary swiftly showed me exactly what I was looking for, and the selection was beautiful. When I was ready to go, Nicoma helped me with my payment and they cleaned the ring and I was out of there. That was my first time buying a ring and I cannot imagine a smoother transaction. Thanks to the team at Zales Southlake!
