If you love to cook, the Williams Sonoma in Southlake is a must-visit. The assortment is incredible, and the displays make it a true shopping experience. You can learn just by observing—whether it’s how to set a table or make the perfect margarita. They have everything you’re looking for, and the staff is always ready to help. This location truly stands out as one of the best.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Possibly the very worst customer service and treatment I have ever experienced. Especially at a store that caters to the clientele that it does. Purchased an espresso machine 90 days ago on Mother’s Day. It stopped working, took it back to exchange or get fixed. At first a lovely English lady tried to help me but had to bring in a manager who was so incredibly dismissive and rude for no reason whatsoever. “You need to go to Breville, we don’t do that here” I politely explained that I purchased it from here and any help would be much appreciated to which she turned around and walked away without a solitary word. I guess my type aren’t worthy of basic human dignity in Williams and Sonoma. Do not shop here, they do not warranty products only pass the buck back to the manufacturer and when you ask for help you are thrown to the curb like a piece of trash because you aren’t buying another $1000 machine that day. Absolutely appalled by this treatment and I hope that no one else has to experience such a rude and hostile environment like I did.

Bought something online to pick up at the store and the store sales called to ask if I could cancel the order and get it from store. I said it was too much of a hassle. When I went to pick up at the store, the sales rep said she could gv me 15% off if I can get it from store. Once we got the product bcz of the discount she did not gv discount and when asked she denied saying it.

Best Williams Sonoma I have been to! My husband bought me a HUGE cutting board before my new house is done building. And I totally forgot about it until lately after we moved in, I realized it’s too heavy for me to handle. It’s been more than a month that since my husband bought it for me, but the store is still willing to do exchanges and best part is, whenever I got there, everybody who works there, manager, sales associates, they are ALL so helpful and sweet! Super knowledgeable too! I ended up changed to something more practical and super nice. Thank you so much again and will definitely come back to shop!

While my husband was checking out, there was an older male associate wearing glasses who kept watching me like a hawk. As soon as I made eye contact with him he turned away and walked around to peer at me from behind shelving I was standing next to. Never once did he ask if i needed anything, but made it a point to watch me and never be too far from me. I was holding my baby and never once even touched anything around me while I waited. I don't love pulling any sort of race card, but being the only Hispanic in the store and being watched so closely; I mean the proof is in the pudding I would say. But I'll avoid shopping where I'm clearly not wanted. Get your associates some sensitivity training, or teach them racial profiling is disgusting.

I have never written a negative review in my life. I always think there is already enough negativity in our world but I can't let this experience pass me up. I went to the Southlake store ( where I purchased my items) to see what their return policy is with out a receipt. The items I purchased were glass containers with snap on lids. The lids on both of them broke. The plastic sides just snapped on them. I only used them twice so obviously they are made poorly.I was told by Nikki that I could not return them if I did not have the receipt.{ They also still sell the product as it was on their shelves.} I only bought them in November or December. I then asked her, do y'all not stand by your products and she said "How do I not know if you bought it a garage sale broken and are trying to return it?" Wow! I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I will definitely not step foot in this store ever again. It's worth the drive to go to Dallas to Crate and Barrel. Maybe your company should do a training session with your employees.

My wife and I love coming here for high quality kitchen essentials. Nicki was very helpful today and the store is laid out well for someone to browse even if they didn't come in looking for a particular item. We own a ton of stuff from here (and from online purchases) - it's well worth it to spring for quality items that will last a long time.

Thanks Madison for holding our item or did you actually? Drove an hour to get to you all to find out that they did not have it nor did she put aside like she said she would. Kudos! Employee of the month for sure!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband bought me an Anova Pro sous vide for Mothers Day. I used once and unfortunately the second time I used it after turning it on it tripped a breaker. I reset everything and it would no longer turn on. I brought it to the store and did not have a receipt but told me if I had my husbands actual card they could bring up the receipt. I returned today with the cc and informed oh I got miss information they can't do anything after 30 days and to contact Anova directly (though even last week it was 37 days) so asked why I had to drive 30 min round trip to get bad information again. I was then told they could not print me another receipt even though they were looking at it. 1 girl finally went beyond and could figure out how to print a receipt so I can actually file a claim with my warranty. I will NEVER purchase from William-Sonoma again and especially not this Southlake store.

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have shopped at this store for several years. I think the merchandise is of high quality and it has many unique kitchen and cooking items. However, I'm always treated like chopped liver; ignored while the salespeople talk to one another and any other customer that walks through the door. It's not just once, but every time. It's time to move on...
