Update: Customer service reached out and was helpful routing the defect to the manufacturer, however the manufacturer promised to send replacement parts and never did. We’ve been chasing this issue for almost a year and still don’t have a resolution. We definitely won’t be purchasing anymore furniture from Weirs.Sales team was great at the Southlake location when we purchased our furniture, however we have had our leather reclining couch for a little over a year and the quality has not held up like we expected. The leather is wearing on the arms of the couch where it reclines (poor design structure) and one side of the couch is separating. We purchased the insurance and tried to process a claim only to find out that the salesperson never submitted our insurance purchase. It literally took months before they resolved our insurance account in the system. The insurance company first refused to service our claim because they said it wasn’t reported immediately. After we proved that the issues were reported immediately, they then stated the issues are not covered under their policy and it is considered a manufacturer defect. We have repeatedly called Weir’s customer service and no one is helping us resolve their mistake. Don’t purchase their insurance, it’s a scam and don’t have high expectations for quality furniture that will last long.

Just bought living room furniture from Weir’s in Southlake. Our consultant, Kathy Pate, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions to ensure the right product was bought for our space. Would highly recommend her!!

KD and Will did an excellent job. Very courteous and very friendly. Pointed out some damage on one piece we bought and called to order a new one to replace the damaged unit. You would be happy if you get KD and Will as your delivery guys.

Had a fun and pleasant shopping experience at Weir's in Southlake. They have a nice gift store, along with a wide variety of furniture. Brian P. Was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. I would recommend Brian if you have questions on your furniture choices.Had my chairs delivered today. Great service! I was given the day and a 2 hr window, then a call of them arriving in 30 minutes. KD & Will made the delivery. Very nice and personable.

I had a great experience with Kathy, who worked very hard to help me find replacement chairs from my family room. She is very knowledgeable and very sweet.Dwight, who delivered my Furniture and Ronnie were wonderful too, very professional and courteous.

Always receive first-class service at Weir’s. Have bought furniture for just about every room in our house from them over the last 10-12 years. Judy helped us with a new sectional and was great to work with. Lots of good deals in their upstairs outlet area too!

I recommend Weir’s Furniture due to their quality and variety of furniture. Our purchase was a mattress which you all know is not easy. I have many issues to satisfy when trying to get comfortable when sleeping. I highly recommend using Dorothy Gerling to help you through the precess at the Southlake store . She is very kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. She is a 5 star plus.
