“Took my Citizen watch to a renowned jewelry store that sells and services the brand and was quoted $300. I looked around and found GWFTJ on the web, called and was told the part that was broken and a $85 charge. I took it to them and was waiting for the "but" and additional charges that would me necessary for the repairs to be completed, the skeptic that I can be. It was repaired for the original price and works perfectly. Highly recommended.”

“After a long exhausting engagement ring search we stumbled into this unsuspecting jewelry store just to see if that had the size stone we could just look at( we had been to 15 plus stores just trying to put eyes on a 3ct marquis diamond). After casually showing Daniel what I had envisioned , Daniel and Z teamed up and made my dream a reality. They had someone travel twice in one day to bring a stone and a similar setting for reference to design my ring. Like I said we had been to all the big named stores and ended up just shopping at Grapevine Mall and found this store. The customer service was excellent and they were knowledge putting all our reservations aside. I can not wait to see our custom ring and will be back for any future big jewelry purchase.”

I had the ring that connect between the broke part. He said he has replace it different one and it’s cost $17 plus tax. It’s quite of expensive. but I’m ok with it. I went to pick up. He put on cheap metal ring on it with such a bad job. As well as the part I brought in disappeared. It was real silver. I was thought it in the box. I found out until I get home. I know it’s not serious about the cost. But the job he did unacceptable for the price.”
