βI came in yesterday to ask if they could repair a broken necklace chain. It took them all of 2 minutes to do it, and they didn't charge me a penny! I'll definitely be visiting them again to work on a project I've been thinking about for awhile now. They are awesome!β

βI would never give a small business one βοΈ????. But I donβt want to rude on other businesses. I left 4 βοΈ.I had broken necklace in silver. I brought it to the guy. I had the ring that connect between the broke part. He said he has replace it different one and itβs cost $17 plus tax. Itβs quite of expensive. but Iβm ok with it. I went to pick up. He put on cheap metal ring on it with such a bad job. As well as the part I brought in disappeared. It was real silver. I was thought it in the box. I found out until I get home. I know itβs not serious about the cost. But the job he did unacceptable for the price.β

βExcellent service! I dropped my ring off on Tuesday for repair and got it back on Thursday that same week. I was so relieved that it could be repaired. They were kind & easy to talk to and the repair cost less than $30 (for sterling silver). I highly recommend this local G-vine jeweler!β

βOn August 25, 2020 my soon to be husband and I went to Gatehouse Jewelers to see about ordering a wedding band. We were able to order the one I wanted and have it shipped in time to fly out to Las Vegas the following week to get married. They told us they would have it in time and the ring came in on August 31st, 2020. The manager met me there for me to get it and Shawn and I flew out the next day and were married in Las Vegas on September 2nd, 2020. Very good customer service!β
