Upgraded phone and had intended to sign up for Apple Watch promotion. Due to the particular watch color being out of stock, an error occurred and was never processed. Went in and the staff patiently addressed the issue by getting it honored, while being very nice and detailed and spending a good amount of time detailing trade offs in purchasing through Verizon vs other vendors. Thank you much to the team members working this AM!

Came to pick up my order because online it shows they close at 8. I get there at 7:30 and the gates were already rolled down.

Terrible customer experience.
We have 6 lines with VZW.
Walked in needing some assistance.
Didn't even get acknowledged despite empty store and associate available. She was too busy chatting on her phone.
Tip to management: opportunity for training, acknowledge customers when they walk in.

I came in a few weeks ago and one of the representative named victor helped me. Victor was kind enough to me, until he added another number to my account without my permission. When i asked him about how the number got onto my account he wouldn't tell me he said it was some kind of mistake or glitch. I got home and called customer care they said that things like that don't normally happen by accident. I am unsure how another number would be added to my account by mistake sounds like he was trying to get one over on me because i am an older person and that i wouldn't notice.

Came in to report the death of my two parents who are verizon customers. Only one employee available and he was busy explaining parental control features to a customer who just got a phone for her teenager. He told me “we” will be with you in a minute but “we” never showed up to help me. Literally no other employees came out to the floor. If I could give zero stars I would and I see other customers feel the same. Fantastic waste of my time coming in and sitting there with no assistance.

Beware the manager there is dishonest , it’s the old bait and switch. And he definitely doesn’t honor his word. I’ve been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years switching to T-Mobile.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Manager is named Kyle and is extremely rude and unknowledgeable. Very disrespectful to me. I would go to any other Verizon except this one.

Piss poor customer service. The person who was supposed to help me wanted nothing to do with me and just wanted to get me out of the door. For someone who spends $350 month on service I am shocked you would employ someone with such bad customer service

Be patient and care will be shown. A very busy store, and each customer requires an investment of quality time to ensure a satisfying experience. Make sure you have the time to receive the qualitative attention they give.

Dennis English, Manager of this location did an excellent job in converting my old iPhone 8 Plus to a newer iPhone 14. Dennis was patient, cordial and extremely customer friendly toward my wife and I. This conversion with software upgrades took over an hour which Dennis handled for us the entire time. I would highly recommend this Verizon store with Dennis English at the helm.

Terrible place. Don't even bother . Zero customer service !I think they don't get paid much and that reflects how they treat their over 10 year plus customer. Too bad . It's your LOST !!!!
