This shop sells EXPIRED product and plays dumb. Like they don’t know what they’re doing. Some of the product was made over two years ago! I got sick from an expired juice (Candy King. They aren’t even in business anymore) and went back to give them another chance. To my surprise, even a juice from a different manufacturer was expired. I get it, they’re trying to unload their product and make the money. BUT you can’t do that when it can make someone serious ill. It’s not right and I would bet money the Better Business Bureau would not appreciate this. Guys.. get this fixed if you plan to stay in business and sell products like this.

As far as flavors and options go, this store is great. How do you separate from other vape shops that also have all these flavors? (And better prices). Service. I’ve dealt with two different people in the past two days here that have made me decide not to go here anymore and I’ll also be persuading all my friends I was sending here somewhere else and I’ll tell them about the horrible experience I’ve had here.I came in for an elf bar and the guy told me the “American and European shipments got mixed up so this elf bar he sold me looks different. I asked him, “are these the exact same? They just look different?” He told me they were. Well the charging port is different and I don’t have it and the port it takes isn’t even sold anywhere here.So I came back in today to try and just exchange it for another elf bar or something else. The snot nose at the counter gave me smart Alec tones and told me I’m outta luck. It’s a damn elf bar. Not to mention it’s not even cheap here so now I’m stuck with this useless vape. Never been lied to then said, “mm sorry about your luck” from a business until now. You won’t get another dollar outta me and with how popular bales are, you won’t get any of my friends money either. Disgusting behavior.

Came in today & got a few things. The staff here is always incredibly helpful, friendly, & nice. Ashley is who helped me. She’s consistently great as is everyone here. Very knowledgeable & professional. 10/10 Highly recommend

Great service and friendly staff. I used to come her often to buy my disposables but I found a place closer to my home. But that shop is having issues with selling nicotine. I'm glad this place is relatively close.
