Not going to lie, I’m a little nervous about the packages. I dropped off yesterday evening. I shipped off multiple packages yesterday between 4 PM and 5:30 PM and the counter clerk, I believe her name is Rachel moved on package to package and did not let me verify the address. When I asked, if the address would show up on the itemized receipt, she said yes. However, once When the process was all completed and I received my receipt, the address did not show up, I believe every clerk should allow the person to verify the address, I still miss lead and slowly have anxiety

This review is really to help those looking for passport services at this particular Post Office. Their website says they have Walk-In Passport Times (actually a very detailed schedule is posted on their website) but the clerk said they actually do not. You would be better served using this post office for your passport money order (if needed) then walking over to the Tarrant County Clerks Office (3rd floor) to get the paperwork complete. I would love to say the clerk working at this post office was polite when I showed up for a walk-in appointment but he was not. People have bad days - I hate to give them a bad review for his abhorrent behavior but that combined with the website mistake is a bit too much. I hope thos review saves someone the inconvenience.

I was here today for my son's passport renewal as a walk-in. Despite a couple of hours of waiting, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. Patricia, stood out for her exceptional customer service. She was not only friendly but also very helpful throughout the process. Her assistance made the experience smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend their service, especially if you encounter Patricia.

frustrating experience for 27 year resident looking for help tracking a package.. Only help was reading what i can read online.. Zero interest from "management' to help support! Not sure if there actually is management here..

Rachel is the most unfriendly and unhelpful employee I have ever encountered. I arrived during walking hours with my 6 month old and a completed passport application and she refused to help us because they don’t take walkins. We showed her the walkin hours on their website and she still refused. She almost refused to sell us a money order until I asked if she turned away customers. Terrible experience.

Rude and lazy passport lady. I had a passport appointment scheduled today. I arrived on time and the lady working asked for my name and said she doesn't have me on her schedule. I attempted to give her my confirmation number which started with #WEA but she refused to check saying she was fully booked and claims I must have made an appointment at the city hall instead. I told her my email confirmation clearly says USPS but she said there's nothing she can do and that the city hall accepts walk ins. This lady is so lazy and wouldn't even look at my confirmation number or offer any solutions. I went to city hall down the street. Luckily, they weren't busy and processed my application in 5 minutes. The ladies at city hall were extremely nice and stated that the Southlake post office frequently tells their customers to come to city hall, and those costumers also had confirmation numbers that start with WEA.

ANTHONY the cashier was SOOO unbelievably rude, horrible attitude, lacked compassion. a customer said that their son recently passed and was confused on the pricing and just wanted a simple explanation. He showed no remorse and was rude throughout every additional customer; typing hard on his computer, throwing packages, lacking explanations or clarification for any questions. When I approached i asked if he had tape and dismissed me when other locations have simply reinforced the taping. He needs to fix his horrible attitude or work in the back sorting packages. No one wants to come to an establishment with HORRIBLE customer service. After the older gentleman walked off everyone in line showed condolences for his loss & that he had to even deal with someone so horrible.
I see there are additional reviews about how horrible ANTHONY is 2 years ago & it’s sad he is still employed.

It is almost as if we work for them. Rude and condescending must be the customer service training manual title. Are they paid based on how unhelpful they can be? As if we work for them and are doing them a favor? Last I checked, we pay their wages. Based on every experience we have had, we should save the tax payers money and shut the entire thing. Private industries are far better. I guess when there is no incentive to perform, this is what you get. It is consistent with a bloated bankrupt federal government. Do better!

Avg wait time in line is 30 mins. Kiosks is down generally. And people working here are above 60 years.
