I would like to show my gratitude to my letter carrier today. She went beyond the call of duty. My husband took a fall just outside our front door. She came to my rescue by helping me get him back on his feet. I don’t know what I would have done without her kindness and for this I am most appreciated. If only I would have gotten her name. All I can say she delivered mail to 615 Warrington Lane on June 18th. Many, many thanks to her.

Staff was friendly and efficient. One of my most pleasant USPS experiences. Rebant was a great employee to interact with!

Went here to get a passport. Two employees were at the front desk at the time and I was the only other person in the place. They told me it was by appointment only and they were totally booked solid. I found it funny that “totally booked solid” looked a lot like two dudes with absolutely nothing else better to do.

Anthony is absolutely insufferable talk about a terrible first impression. I arrived at the location about five minutes before closing, just needing to grab a voter registration form. There were three people ahead of me, and I joined the line. A few minutes later, Anthony loudly announces, “We close in three minutes,” as if to suggest he wouldn’t serve anyone once the clock struck six, even those of us already in line. Not sure if he knows this, but if a customer is inside before closing, they’re entitled to service. When he asked what each of us was there for, I told him I just needed a voter registration form. He immediately responded that they didn’t have any in English, only in a foreign language. I decided to wait my turn anyway.
The man in front of me handed Anthony a letter, and when Anthony asked if he was just dropping it off, the man said he needed to buy stamps or something. Anthony scoffed and let out the most dramatic sigh right in front of the customer, while the rest of us watched. If Anthony hates his job that much, I’d honestly prefer he leave the position altogether. His energy is unbearable and gross to be around. I ended up going to the Grapevine location instead. They didn’t have the forms either, but I was treated with kindness, respect, and allowed to ask questions without being rushed or dismissed. That will be my go-to location from now on.

Self service wouldn’t let me input an address I tried to figure it out for like 15 minutes— the line had over 25 people in it with one person at the counter taking his sweet time. I just left. Would never come to this one again extremely busy it was ridiculous. What a waste of time driving over here

USPS - Southlake Thank you Ms. Rachel at the passport department. It was worth the wait. She AMAZING 🤩 You are a true hero! I was a walk-in and thought I would not get in but she took me in. Thank you! She is so nice…intimidating, perhaps, but don’t judge a book by the cover. Once your inside and she speaks, she blossoms. Keep up the great work Ms. Rachel! Thank you for being you ♥️🫶🏼
Here are some TIPS If you make an appointment arrive early-10 minutes. Have your paperwork ready and filled out. They are on a time crunch. 15 minutes per person so come prepared. If you are late don’t expect to get in. You may ask “why?”, because it’s disrespectful not only to them, but to all who are waiting for a walk-in appointment and hoping someone doesn’t show up so they can get this done. Don’t be rude or sassy to to them, like the two ladies that were late and rude to everyone.
HINT your paperwork should say GENDER (male or female) if on the form it has 3 options of gender you will have to fill out your paperwork again. At the bottom of the form it should have the year 2020, and only 2 gender options, Male and Female. I had one that I got at the state department dated 4- 2022 and because of the gender options on the application I had to redo my application. New 2025 law…don’t take it out on the USPS workers. They follow the law, they are not the lawmakers.
Walk-In/ Non Appointments: Be patient, prepare to wait. There is no guarantee you will get in however if you get there early, before 10am, high possibility. I arrived at 10am and walked in at 12:55pm. Be nice, put your phone down and talk to the people waiting for the same thing. It calms the nerves while you wait.

These guys “lose” drivers licenses. Just today they forwarded my parcel off to some other town somehow. It was already four days late.

Excellent service, people are trained well and knowledgeable, and even if there is a line, it moves very quickly. If someone needs to fill out a form, they ask them to move over and they take the next customer(s) until the one with the form is ready then they get back to them. I like a Post Office where the workers can multi-task!

Patricia is one of the rudest postal workers I have ever experienced! Happen to be in this area and thought I would drop of my item to ship since I was out this way. I should have drove all the way back to my city to do this to avoid such a poor attitude.
