When I went to drop off an Amazon return, I was told the box I was dropping off was unacceptable. It was the same box I received from Amazon! They said I had to buy a box & bubble wrap from them or else they wouldn’t accept the return. I went down the road to the grapevine store & they accepted the box with no issues.

Fabulous, over the top help/support today from Amy! She ran a couple different packout cost options for me to ensure I was getting the best pricing for expedited delivery of 3 cases of Skincare to NY!

Owner aziz wanted $2.50 to print a paper for my shipping label And bcuz I used more than 1 strip of tape he made me buy a small tape roller for 7.99$. Unreal. I put a 2 star instead of a 1 star bcuz the workers there were nice and not their fault but aziz definitely made it known to charge for every penny for the smallest things.

always efficient and courteous. Staff smiles and greets everyone. They know their returns!! I’ve never had a problem with a package returned through them - and I am a frequent user! ?☺️

My experience at this UPS store was extremely disappointing. Not only did they refuse to allow me to use their tape (I read the reviews, and they have even charged other people to tape their box), but the customer service was also abysmal. The young man working there was extremely rude, and the overall attitude of the staff was unhelpful and indifferent. Instead of going there, I recommend visiting the Grapevine location across from Sam's Club; they are much friendlier, and their rates are always better!

I always receive great service when I go to UPS. Amy, Sydney and the rest of the staff are excellent. I've never had an issue with any of my amazon returns.

Rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. Wouldn’t take a box because the label was printed too big. What a joke. Management was present…district manager, retrain your employees UPS doesn’t treat customers like this.

I love this UPS store. I have been using their PO Box for last two years and they take care good of you, make sure all packages are received, kept and handed off to me. Especially their store manager Amy, she goes above and beyond to assist you as best as she can, she will keep an eye out for something that I am eagerly waiting to receive, etc and will keep me posted. Highly recommend!
