“My review is for the drive up ATM at this location as I have never needed to go inside for any customer service. My experience with them and this location is that the ATM is in a highly visible and well lit area and I have always felt safe using it. Also it's always fairly easy to get in and out of the parking lot at this branch. I also like that the machine is always clean and well maintained.”

“My wife and I went there today to deal with an issue from their recent transition from their recent merger with TD Ameritrade. We tried contacting Schwab through their 800 number but could not have the issue resolved. We made the drive to this office and the lady at reception quickly and professionally addressed our issue. The poor ratings on this location must be from disgruntled investors. I received stellar service and results at this location. Schwab's trading platform is a definite improvement from TD Ameritrade.”
