This place rocks. Always friendly attentive service even when I press on getting a closing done. When I need a special effort to get a payoff done before the weekend they find a way to make it happen. They always have candy and sometimes cookies for me as well. They make closing fun!

Unbelievable- this company reserves 20+ spaces in the parking lot right in front of a retina center (all of which are empty) …. They are sending blind elderly people 1/4 mile away on foot to the nearest parking lot.. This is SHAMEFUL!!!!!

We recently purchased a home in the area. While this was not our first home purchase, this title company was by far one of the best experience I have had in a real estate transaction. Amy and Candice went above and beyond to provide all required documents to complete the purchase with the lender (which are never easy to work with). Amy and Candice were extremely responsive, always available to answer questions and made the closing process seamless. I would totally recommend this title company, they were very professional and had answers to any questions I had. They really were a great support to us and I sincerely thank them for all their hard work.

Candice Carroll & Ben Hart are fantastic to work with! The home went under contract in the middle of the pandemic; however, the file closed seamlessly. Trinity offered contactless delivery of earnest money and completed a drive-up signing for closing. Everyone was happy. They did a fantastic job!
