So the Irving clinic closed. So I switched to this location. Getting a pharmacy refill for meds I have been taking for months, is an act of god to get a refill. I asked for a refill on Monday, never happened. So when I got my shot today, i asked again for my refill. First i was asked about my labs, which I had just got done. I asked them to call me about my refill due to my wife waiting in the car. Call never came, then I called them and they said they would call me. It’s a simple refill and it appears to be a struggle. Might choose a different location. It’s not my fault the Irving location closed.

I am a new patient here. From the front staff to seeing Faith was nothing short of 5 stars. It's refreshing to see that there are still places and physicians out there that care. Thank you for a great experience.

Had an excellent experience and I was even able to book appointment for another family member during the visit. Also, they conducted more checks and were more thorough than previous primary care providers

Total Men's Southlake will be happy to do the following for you:1. Not refill your medication no matter how many times you ask, call them (they don't answer the phone - ever), have your pharmacy fax in requests, or have the main Total Men's hub message the (unhelpful) provider and ask.2. The front desk will (bizarrely) make fun of your insurance in front of multiple other patients (sorry guys, it's all I can afford. Thanks for that, though!).3. Not see you within 30 minutes of your appointment time, routinely, no matter if you're the first appointment of the day or the first appointment after their protracted lunch break.4. Not open on time.Go to any other location. There are plenty.

They got me in and out quickly and efficiently. The entire staff and experience was pleasant, and I am not a fan of Doctor visits!

this has been a nightmare experience, when I went into my visit it was disclosed to me that since your checkup is preventative you will not pay anything out of pocket. shortly after I received a bill for $112 from primary care and a bill for $120 from my labs. The labs i was told I had to pay out of pocket since primary mens "sent the wrong codes" to them. it took me 3 months of calling both businesses to resolve the issue, most of it total men was not willing to accept they made a mistake and eventually I had to pay out. This is definately a place that tries to milk you and your insurance or your money, avoid unless you like paying money you should not have to pay.

Slow (as in, always 30+ minutes behind) and the front desk girl is usually the rude one who can't be bothered to do her job. Go anywhere else.

First time patient. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.Docs teck / helper was very nice and gentle wile talking blood.The doc was awesome and seemed like she cared And tries to find the root cause of problems.

I needed to have my annual physical done ASAP and this location in South Lake was open on Saturday morning so I came here. After visiting doc Faith Phelps and her staff, I am definitely making the switch to this location! They are amazing!

Quick, easy and informative. Im horrible about seeing the doc about things, but they made the process about as painless and easy as it gets. I will be coming back!
