The staff is great especially Hala. We attended the New Year party and stayed at the hotel. Hala made sure we got the champagne we ordered to our room, greeted us at the New Year party and then greeted us again at the restaurant the next morning during breakfast. Five star because of the service. Very lovely crew greeted me at the front desk. And I loved Hala. She made my day during breakfast with her smile and making sure that I was catered too. Great hotel, convenient location, and amazing staff. We did a tasting for a party we’re hosting there and the food was delicious! Hala, who works in the restaurant, is the best. She greeted us with a big smile and went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome.
