We love this place! Great haircuts, reasonable prices, nice staff. My daughter loves the special treatment of nail polish and glitter even with a basic haircut. They did a a beautiful job with special hair dye for her for the summer too.
Sara does a wonderful job with boys haircuts too!

My little one got her ears pierced and they took the time to make sure she was comfortable, made sure her premarks were symmetrical and had two piercers so she only had to anticipate the pinch once. They have a wide variety of earring options and she is so happy with her ear piercing.

The store is very clean! All the employees are kind and friendly. Jami did an amazing job. All the stylists are amazing and very professional with their work!!

I give 1 star to the person that booked my appointments. She gave me a price after I explained my kids hair. We get there and the price doubles!! These were Not $50 hair cuts! We would have left but we were limited for time and had an event. I was VERY. Disappointed that a $19 turned into $50! So 3girls was $150! Absolutely not worth the money.

Took my daughter and niece for a birthday makeover, received the ultimate spa package…not impressed. Place is super dirty, services are rushed, makeup was applied during manicure which was just a smudge of eyeshadow with a a tip and some pink lipgloss. No music playing, and staff was pretty cold. Totally not what I was expecting and you could 100% do a better set up at home as a DIY makeover and spa day.

Waste of money. Hack job on my daughter's bangs. Got her the Sparkling Heart makeover for her birthday and hyped it up to her so didn't want to complain in front of her or take her back for it to be corrected. No heart design was done on her nails which were sped through. The braid put in her hair was something I would have never paid for. None of it was actually. Very frustrating when I splurged for my daughters birthday.

They are friendly and have different styles available
Hairstyles and management is well known and they are very professional.
My son loves to visit and he is so comfortable with them .
They take party orders and spa appointments too.
Plush Toys and some hair products are also available to purchase.
We highly recommend them
We have never been disappointed

I bring both of girls here all the time for their haircuts. Melissa is always great! The girls love the extras. Glitter and braids are their favorite. The staff always make them feel special and beautiful! ?

I was pleasantly surprised at the fun and detail they go for here. Glitter spray, braiding and nail painting was a hit with my daughter!

Place seemed dirty. Staff was unenthusiastic, friendly at the beginning then not really caring. I booked 3 appointments only two staff members were working on my 3 girls. The added tip was not worth the service or quality of hairstyling. For the price I would just take my little one to a normal high end salon.

The service was okay, they seem uninterested in dealing with children. The haircut was okay, not straight. The walls were dirty and chilled- place needs a good scrub and paint. I have been to another one in Georgia, that one was beautiful and fun… this one, was okay.

Jami did a bad job cutting my 10 year old daughter’s hair. I showed her a picture of how I wanted her bangs to look. You can obviously tell from the picture that the woman’s bangs were at her cheeks and she cut her bangs to right below my daughter’s eyebrows. When dry, they’re above her eyebrows. That’s the significant difference. When I told her that she cut them too short she just said no she didn’t and that that’s the way that my daughter’s hair parted. I understand that hair doesn’t conform to being that short so they are going to separate but it was not at all what I explained that I wanted. My daughter ended up leaving in tears. Been coming to this establishment for two years now and this is the first time I have ever had a bad experience. I don’t know if it was because they were so busy or they just don’t know what they’re doing but we will never be going back here again.
