went there to get a photo for my passport application. The printed photo came out too dark, and it doesn't match my skin tone at all. I doubt it'll be accepted for the passport. Wasted my money! I do not recommend anyone to go there for your personal photos.

I went there to take photo for my passport application. They used a glowing white background and but not any front flash light to take photo. The printed photo was too dark. I doubt it will be accepted for passport since it does not match my skin tone at all. Wasted money! Don’t go there for your photos.

The store associates told me that I would be able to return gift cards. Today, I went to return, and they say the gift card sales are final. The store manager says that is the store policy and associate would tell customers that gift cards are returnable.
I pointed out to her that the associate at the customer service/checkout told me that he could do returns on the card and attempted to do a return on my gift cards. When it did not go through, he called the manager.
I pointed out to her that either the associates are not trained or they are lying to customers during purchase.

Made appt two months ago for TSA precheck. Came in and the line was long. The worker who was identified as a manager had a nasty attitude when someone questioned her as to why she was taking walk-in's BEFORE appointments. Lady, get another job if you hate working there. TSA website states walk-ins will have to follow appointments PERIOD.

I came in for my TSA appt only to find a very long line. The lady working, who I was told was the manager, got real snarky with a customer when asked why she was taking walk-ins before appointments. Very unprofessional behavior.

Its 2/20/24 at 8 pm and the manager working right now is the boss no one wants. Definitely not any sort of leader at all. Everyone else was great
