Absolutely awful. I canceled my service and they charge me for a router that I was never given. This is after being on hold and dealing with their customer service on the telephone for almost an hour. I will never go to spectrum again.

We went to this location to switch service to a new phone. When we ran into a few hiccups, Jose was a huge help! He gave us several options, was patient, and made sure everything was perfect with our service and phone before we left!

I went to the South Lake Spectrum store on August 2024. The service here was excellent. We were helped by Jose and he was knowledgeable on all the phones plans and all the ins and outs of a switching from another carrier and keeping our phone numbers. He answered every single question I had. I am completely pleased with the customer service at this location and would not go to another one even if they were closer. The place was very clean and everyone was very pleasant. Thank you José.
Ps. If you have to wait an hour or so for your transfer of phones there is food across the street. Just FYI

Jose was amazing at assisting us with advice on what we should do with our phone and account. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and down right honest. This will forever be our Spectrum Mobile home store!!

Garbage internet service, garbage phone service, garbage customer service. They will try to charge you for random fees and when you try to quit they will make it difficult to cancel service so they can keep charging you even after the service is done.Go with ATT, I have had much better experience all around with them (better prices, service, connection)

Anthony Diaz at this store location hooked me up with home internet and switching from Verizon to spectrum with a new phone. Very quick and helpful. Super positive experience.

I LOVE the services they offer but interacting with their centralized Customer Service team is awful. They are not communicative, don't treat Customers appropriately, and then infer the issue is with the Customer. While not 100% fail rate, it is high up there.
I have also had great in store experiences but not sure how to give the organizational a 1 star review....my apologies to the store. The offerings keep me a Customer in spite of there support. UGH
