We absolutely love this place! The director, Caryn, goes above and beyond at every opportunity. The teachers are incredible, patient, and are good at communicating what the kids need. Above all, I always felt that Caryn and the teachers prioritize the kids no matter what. I highly recommend Kindercare Southlake-Grapevine.

I went to tour the place and was nervous at first. This was the first daycare i have ever considered actually putting my only child in. My son us only 3 and hasnt had much interaction with outer children let alone adults that arent family. At first he was shy but they made me and him feel so much at ease that when we were done touring the daycare i had to bargin with my son to get him to leave. I love that they are very attention oriented on the children. Just from the tour alone I could see all the love and the care they have for the children they care for. It made me so comfortable to know my son will be safe there and well taken care of. Plus the fact they will help us potty train him is a blessing because it has been a struggle. He understands the concept to a degree but actually getting him to not potty in his training pants has been a bit of a challenge. Cant wait for him to start his first day tomorrow. Hes been asking about it all weekend but he calls daycare "School" cause he gets to take his backpack.

I dreaded putting my toddler in daycare and the change for us both, NOW I know I made the right choice with this daycare. My son LOVES his teacher Miss T. She is the most caring teacher and it makes me sad that some day he'll outgrow her class. We need more miss T's in this world!! The directors are always very helpful and understanding.

I would recommend this daycare a million times my daughter is thriving here and is always so excited to come see her friends and teachers! We are so grateful for the teachers and staff for always going above and beyond for our kids!

We came to Kindercare from a larger facility, and cant say enough about how a family-feel always trumps bells and whistles. My three year old had learned more in his short time here than his years at our previous school, has come out of his shell, and made friends that he talks about non-stop at home. We love his teacher Ms. Alli! She sends us wonderful pics every day showing what they're doing in class. The atmosphere when you walk in the door is so light and fun, and you can tell everyone from the ladies in the front office all the way to the back classrooms are happy to be there, and that makes all the difference. We also enjoy being greeted by music in the front lobby! :)

Without a doubt the best daycare that we could ask for. We were referred here based on friends who also send their kids, and we've loved it ever since. My son's teacher, Tearra Greer, is no joke his best friend, so much so that he calls her "bestie," and the staff is more like family than business partners. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I can’t say enough about Kindercare Southlake-Grapevine. Miss Caryn and Miss Emily are wonderful directors and are always involved in the classrooms. My son absolutely adores his teacher, Tearra Greer/Miss T/Bestie. My son is a couple years from leaving daycare, but I dread the day we leave our family at Kindercare.

This will be long, but it's worth the info if you are considering enrolling your beloved child into a Kindercare facility. Especially this facility. 2 main points that I have major issue with. 1. They gave my child another mothers breast milk, then tried to cover it up. Long version, this was noticed in a daily report sent home where we only sent her with 2 bottles and they stated she had 3. Of course they wanted to deal with my wife because she wouldn't argue with them. Even after repeated requests they insisted on calling her. I ended up having to visit this facility in person twice to get the full story. Long story short they fully stood by their side of the story until I pointed out the clear evidence to how I knew without a doubt they were lying to me. The mistake I could live with. THE LIES WERE COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. 2. This company is actively trying to wedge itself between parents authority and their children's minds. They start innocently enough at infant age, but this lays the groundwork for future plans. In later years (not 100% sure of timeline) but they will introduce words like Transsexual, Gay, Lesbian, Homophobic, Transphobic, Queer, etc. to your child without asking permissions from the parent first. Now if you are like most parents you don't have issue with these words, or those that identify with them. What you will have an isssue with is this being taught to someone at the age of 5 or less. This should be a parent/child conversation when they are ready to hear it, not teaching them "Transphobic" so when a parent doesn't fully agree with a teaching they have already labeled the parent as the villain. My child was going to be pulled from this facility due to this second issue before pride week due to timing and making plans to get her elsewhere etc. after the lies in the first point above I pulled her out that day. Of course the struggles in the next few weeks were tough, it was definitely worth preserving her innocence. I would recommend placing your child into a Montessori type school. Even as an infant! We have seen amazing things from our little one after changing from Kindercare to a Montessori.Edit: The staff staff from this facility immediately reach out to me after posting this review. I haven't spoken to Erika as of yet, but Kindercare is owned out of Oregon I believe. This means any meaningful change in policy will have to come from them as I was informed when withdrawing my child that they do not get to choose the curriculum at a local level. I will call and chat with her though to give them a chance. Will update.2nd Update: has a pleasant chat with cooperates customer service guy. Send very nice but was clearly nervous about the second topic during chat. Assured me that this isn't consistent with actual teachings at this company. However, a simple internet search proves otherwise with pics of curriculum and material.

Well since the new director left the center has went to hell. And with the shootings they has pick a door code as a safty measures. Staff has nothing good to say about the center, they are all looking for a new job. Children are behind in learning and not really given any attention by staff. You walk in and drop your kids off and pick them up with no a teacher in sight. If a active shoot was to happen no doors are locked. And non of the teachers have walkie. Or wearing uniforms. They don't speak. And no name tags so who is keeping your kid for the day... lol. The center is a joke ans I used to love it but new director and its not like it was. A CENTER with no heart. Every parent has the code so I was told to trust the other strangers no keep the code safe. And thats all that would be ok place. FYI parents also snap too. The prek doesn't even know how to write their name. Southlake is ghetto .... i am looking for a new daycare and I hope you all do the same and run... its a dead place that is a sinking ship. Lost soul, lost heart, lost love with children. The staff careless. And Brittany and nick does nothing. Two dink Batts up shits creek without a paddle.

If I had the option to give no stars I would. My son started pre school here January 2022, when Ms Tierria was the Director of the center. My sons teacher was Ms. Tatiana (Ms Tati they would call her), and he absolutely loooooved her and the Director. Unfortunately they both had left in April 2022 I think it was, and than came along Ms Emily (Asst Director) to Ms Brittany who is the current Director. Let me tell you something, I have NEVER in my life met someone who works in child care, have such a horrible attitude and looks plain miserable to be at that center ( Ms Emily). It wasn't only every time that I've gone to pick up my son that she was yelling or raising her voice at the kids, or the fact that I've gone to pick up my son and her back is facing the door, she didn't even know someone walked in the door because she never turned around to see who it was that took one of the kids out. Or maybe the face that the center is low on staff and put 1-2 teachers with a group of 30 plus kids. My sons teacher at the time of all these transitions was Ms JaQuala, she seemed okay at first, gave her a chance, but nope another bad apple. My son snitched saying one of the kids hit him, as I was picking him up and Ms JaQuala said "Oh yeah, (so and so) sat on your sons head AND back"... EXCUSE ME? And she didn't bother to call me that same day it happened. There was another incident where i seen that same teacher grab a little girl VERY rough, cause maam if that was my child you did that to, I'd be in jail. There's not enough space to leave more incidents that has happened, but DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. And if you want someone to actually care for the well being of your child, go somewhere else cause this is a shitty environment to place your child in.

This is our families first experience with having a child in daycare/school. I was nervous when we first started our search but as soon as we toured the Southlake facility and spoke with the staff all my anxiety was put to rest! The director, Ms. Tierria has been so great with our daughter and is always communicating with parents about center updates, and news. Our daughters teacher Ms. Mandi has been SO SO AWESOME! Our little one just adores her and talks about Ms. Mandi at home. Ms. Mandi is so engaging with every child and always makes our little feel safe, happy, and confidant! We have noticed tremendous growth in our daughters speech, and social skills. Another thing we love about Kindercare is that there is an app that allows us to see cute pictures of what the class is up to all day as well as updates about meals, naps, and potty times. If you are looking for a reliable, family centered experience check out Kindercare Southlake!

Kinder Care has done a very good job with this Global Pandemic that we are dealing with. We are very confident with the safety as well.
