My entire experience with Jenny Tuttle Hair in the Sola Salon Studios was completely disappointing. I went in after at least 5 years of not trusting stylists with my hair to just have a break and let someone else do it. With 3 little boys running around me I was so ready to just be out of the house! I had set up an appointment with Jennifer Tuttle and she was quick to respond to all of my emails prior to the time. I came in and showed her what i wanted and she began slapping the bleach in my hair little by little to achieve a balayage ombre effect. I was there for maybe an hour, hour and a half tops. She shampooed me and then dried my hair to style. No toner or anything and coming in with a ash brown hair I was surprised. When she started styling I told her I parted it in the middle and I watched her face drop. She saw what I couldn't and let me walk out of there with straight horizontal lines all over the back part of my head and down the sides. The color was that of a pumpkin and when I emailed her back the next day to show her the pictures and address my concerns she said it would not be a problem to fix it and that was the last I heard of her. No appointment was set up to fix the problem even though countless emails were sent out on my part. I ended up going to another stylist that had to end up cutting off 3 inches from the length because of the uneven cut I was given as well. Half of my hair was blonde and the other half was a highlight. Nothing was even at all. All in all I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I would have said stylist but the other stylist that was present kept telling me how beautiful it looked knowing full well it was a hack job. Thank you so much for the mommy break!!...
