Excellent service by Marcus at the Southlake TX location. The sleeping analyzer was wonderful. It was so much easier after we did that for Marcus to guide us towards the mattresses that would work best for us. Marcus helped us select the perfect mattress for the perfect price point. Marcus was very knowledgeable, courteous and personable. We will come back to buy from him in the future. He is certainly a valuable asset to Sleep Experts!!!!

I have worked with Corey over the years for a few bed purchases and have been very pleased with her professionalism and communication style. I highly recommend working with her and anyone within Sleep Experts. I’ve never felt pushed to purchase—there seems to be a different culture within Sleep Experts. We had an issue with a bed that we purchased and Corey made it a non issue for us. Thank you Corey and Sleep Experts.

We intentionally put off mattress shopping until this weekend, hoping to take advantage of the holiday weekend sales. Corey, the ONLY employee working today, was trying her best to assist everyone who came in with the same goals that we had. She was extremely polite to us and repeatedly acknowledged our having to wait for her assistance, which paid off for all of us, in the end. With her patience, knowledge of the products and general great attitude, we decided on a new bed with adjustable head and foot capabilities, mattress pads and pillows. It was one stop shopping and a convenience we never thought we’d have AND with absolutely no pressure from Corey. Now if we are pleased with our choices once they are delivered and set up, we will have it made!!!

Corey at the E Southlake Blvd store was extremely helpful without being pushy or overbearing. She gave us lots of useful information and then allowed us to take our time testing out the mattresses and discussing amongst ourselves as we worked through the decision making process. We never felt pressured or like she was trying hard to get us to buy something we didn’t want or need. More salespeople should approach their jobs like Corey does! Never thought I’d say I had an enjoyable experience while shopping for a new mattress, but thanks to Corey, we did!!

Corey sold us with her knowledge and salesmanship. We went into the store looking for a particular bed that was not in the stores. We asked about theTempur-pedic hybrid which we had tried earlier at a different store. Corey answered all our questions. We ended up purchasing a different Tempur-pedic hybrid model than what we tried previously. We are very pleased with our experience and recommend this store!
