We recently worked with Sharon selling our home. Sharon is very aggressive in getting what you want. She really stays on top of you and everything else that needs to be done. I’ve known Sharon Hodnett for over twenty years. When it came time to sell my house, I knew she was the Realtor for me. She didn’t disappoint! She walked me through the listing contract explaining the procedure and answered all my questions. She did the market analysis and together we decided on the sales price. After receiving a contract, she continued to work. She made sure all details were in order. She’s always available! She answers all questions immediately! She never leaves you hanging! She never puts tasks off! She has a knowledgeable and courteous staff. Really, if you need a Realtor, I’d choose Sharon! She will get you top dollar for your property plus you will gain a friend.

Sharon exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only does she have a wealth of knowledge and experience which makes her a very effective real estate agent, her approach to client relations is exceptional. She is available, responsive, a good listener, advisor and advocator. I realized later that even when I steered her in a direction she didn't necessarily agree with, she was open to try it and said ultimately the market would direct us. Of course she was right.
