Im not sure what this locations problem is, but I have been going to this store for a good 5yrs and the last almost year or so the Fenty beauty line area has been filthy as well as dusty. My daughter went to go check NARS , Two faced , Rare Beauty , etc and of course all were well kept and clean.... Please do better! I wouldn't be saying anything if it didn't consistently look like that. Handle ALL products the same when it comes to up keep.

Went to this Sephora and was waiting to be helped to find a moisturizer and a toner. Instead of helping me, the employees watched me and followed me around the store. FYI, I’m a colored male. While I waited for help around the skincare wall, the lady checking me out, a brown-skinned lady, was very rude and had no manners.

When I arrived to pick up a delivery, I was sent to an unmarked spot at the opposite corner of the store. When I arrived, no one was there to help. Thankfully it only took a minute for the person assigned to the area to notice me.
Once I completed delivering the order, I was shown that Sephora blocks tips for delivery drivers. Sephora may not want their employees getting tipped, but delivery drivers make their living off of tips. This is unacceptable.

I came here last week looking for a certain foundation brand. I walked in and saw two workers talking to each other. So i asked them and one of them responded “no we don’t carry that line but you can try the department stores right over there *points towards the door*. I walked around some more to see what other foundations they had, was hoping someone could help. A recommendation would’ve been nice. But they were all chit chatting with each other, having a great time it seems except doing their job. No one ever greets or say thank you for coming in. It seems like there’s no management to regulate them. They all get to chat and do nothing. And might I add, it always smells like someone broke all the cologne and perfumes in there. I won’t ever come back to this location.

This place is terrible and to be honest most of the Sephora's I have been to are all pretty bad.
I came on a Wednesday and got there as soon as they opened to pick out the products I wanted to try. I wasn't greeted. Even though there were a few employees standing around talking to each either none offered me help.
I asked for help when I couldn't find what I was looking for and there was also no back stock of the product. Understandable. My issue takes place when the employee then decides to offer me a shade 4 levels darker then what I need and states that it's a forgiving product because it's light coverage. Uhm no.
This place is always dirty and the testers are always broken or missing. I don't know why I even try to go here because the last few times I have been, it's been disappointing and I just end up leaving. Also, everyone's go to is to say when something is missing that it can be ordered online. Which works if it's something you have used regularly but I am not going to order a product online that I have never tried. Especially when a color match is involved.
Sephora do better. So far 3 locations I have been to in the surrounding areas are just as bad.

Wow, this is definitely a place I will come back to: Great service, I got help from a beautiful woman named Ashley, and she gave me the best products for younger skin! She was so relatable and made my experience worth it. She also was the kindest soul and I hope the best for her and everyone else who helped me!

Never picking up an order at this location. When I asked one of the employees that I had a pickup order she told me someone would be there to help me and she continue to walk away. I waited there for a while until I saw another employee or so I thought because after explaining to her that I was waiting and no one had come to help me she said “I’ll go get someone, but I actually don’t work here” how are your customers doing the job for you? When someone came to finally help me she gave me the worst attitude possible. She didn’t introduce or greet me, after looking at her device she said “where’s your bar code?” With a tone of annoyance when she located my order she hanged it to me without saying anything and walk away. I’ve never had this kind of experience at any other Sephora when I pick up an order, it felt weird being treated like I was a problem they had to deal with instead of a customer.

Amazing customer service! I went in to smell some cologne, not knowing the layout of the store and a nice lady explained where everything was. She later recomended 2 very good fragrances and gave me 3 sample cards for free. The only negative experience was the fact I didn't get the lady's name. Side note: (this chain has the most cologne I have ever seen, I have been to some with maybe 5-6 bottles due to either stealing or overspraying)

I asked a fragrance associate for help finding a perfume that wasn’t in stock on the display and they told me they would go check in the back, I waited about 15 minutes for them to come back and she never did. I saw her on the other side of the store helping someone else out so I went and asked her what happened? She apologized but didn’t seem sincere about it at all. And to think they’re always nagging at you while you’re shopping if you need any help in contrast aren’t very helpful. Thank you for wasting my time.

So, I had this encounter with this rep named Monce, and honestly, being a cashier might not be her strong suit. Her attitude was pretty off-putting – downright rude. I just wanted to redeem my birthday gift along with my purchase today and she acted like I'd asked her to dig into her own wallet. I'm a regular spender, dropping about $200 each visit, and it felt like I committed a crime asking for something Sephora offers its customers. It's a shame, really. After dealing with Monce, I don't think I'll be returning to that Sephora anytime soon. This was hands down my worst Sephora experience ever.

They shouldn't let teenage boys play in the Cologne area squirting each other with cologne. Amazing no one was stopping them. Entitled kids.
