I dropped by this location to find a birthday gift for a co-worker. As it’s in my way home. I asked the worker a question about a product and her response was so rude. Not only that I had few lipglosses I had intended to purchase. As I moved to the Fenty Beauty section which is at the entrance of the store. She followed me as if I had plans on stealing. I’m so disappointed in the way I was treated! Not to mention from another woman of color. So classless..

Let me just start off by saying that I cannot stand Sephora. I have done my best to avoid it for the last 17 years, but my teenage daughter seems to love it for whatever reason. We went to this location today and Brittany (with multi-colored hair) was absolutely rude to my daughter. My daughter asked for a sample of a lip mask (in a squeeze bottle). Before she could even finish her sentence, Brittany said, “Nope sorry. We don’t do that here, but some other stores probably do” (In a rude tone). Apparently this store only does foundation. I call bull. Maybe just lazy employees…?
We shopped around Kohl’s for over an hour and went back to Sephora. Brittany was still there, on her cell phone texting. She never acknowledged us, never asked if we needed help, never even came out from behind the counter that she was leaning against. She couldn’t even stand up straight. There was a shift change. This lady wasn’t much better. I didn’t catch her name (African American with copper/orange in her hair). She handed my daughter some hand held device to look up her account and moved us over to the next register. She wouldn’t enter it for us because someone else came up to the counter. It wasn’t finding her account, so she had us input it on the pos keypad. It still wouldn’t find it, so she had my daughter come behind the register to enter it. So unprofessional. She had scanned a coupon for us since the one we brought in wasn’t working (it was still in date though). She made it a point to tell us that we aren’t supposed to get to use the coupon if we don’t have a Sephora account…”but I already scanned it, so just make sure you sign up,” she said. All in a rude tone by the way. We do have an account, and my daughter looked it up when we got to the car to double check she put the correct email in. SHE DID! There must have been something wrong with the store system, but apparently that meant we didn’t really have an account…?
While we appreciate the discount, it certainly doesn’t make up for the horrible customer service. These women were not very personable, and not once did they smile. If you hate your job or aren’t good with people, get a different job. This is something I have found to be common at any Sephora I have ever been to. Truly! Most of these employees come off as complete snobs or worse.
I know what it’s like to work in the beauty industry; I did it for close to 10 years (half of those as a manager). Regardless of how you feel on any given day, it’s not your customers fault; treat them with respect and excellent service ALWAYS! Without those customers, you wouldn’t have a paycheck.

My wife came in to return an item a couple days past the maximum. That’s fine but not even an exchange was offered and this young girl thought she had to give her attitude about it. Had a disgusting half eaten sandwich up next to her at the register and the store was a mess. Terrible attitude, disgusting store and an extremely unprofessional employee. Will not return and Sephora should take a hard look at this poor excuse of a representation of their company

Came in yesterday with my husband because he wanted to treat me to a shopping trip for my birthday... instead he was IMMEDIATELY profiled by the middle aged white woman working (short blond hair with bangs) called for some "possible ___, need back up"... we were the only ones there....If you're not white... don't go here. You'll probably get profiled too. Absolutely disgusting and really ruined my birthday trip. I'm appalled they have someone like that working there. Whatever your name is lady... do better. You turned my stomach.

Like any regular Sephora. I don't see staff helpful at this location. They are not clear when will be the next shipment. Store looks clean and organized.

The employee was disrespectful of my mask and completely unhelpful. I don't wear makeup but I have an event and I needed assistance. When I didn't know what brand I wanted because I've never worn makeup she made me feel terrible about not knowing. She was not warm or welcoming and acted like I was annoying to her.

Don't buy a gift card from here! My coworker purchased me a gift card for my birthday from here. When I tried to use the card online it said $0; I immediately told him and he said he still had the receipt and the money was indeed deducted from his account. I called Kohl's and explained the situation. The girl on the phone said they would give me a call back after looking into it but in the meantime I could just call the main Sephora's customer service line. No one from Kohl's ever called me back. However I did call Sephora as she suggested and they said that Khol's never activated the card. So the next day I had to physically drive up to the store to try to get the issue resolved. They ended up just giving me cash; which is fine but they didn't seem very apologetic nor did they even offer some time of compensation for the major inconvenience. I had to take time out of my day to come into the store b/c no one called me back and the STORE had an error on their end with the faulty card they sold. Also, what if my coworker would have mailed the gift card to a different state? Or didn't keep the receipt; then what? The management and the entire way this situation was so casually and nonchalantly dealt with was terrible.

I don’t know much about makeup and rarely shop for it but I needed some new stuff and Jennifer was so helpful. She got me everything I needed and then some. I hate shopping for makeup but I left very happy! If you need assistance while shopping there then definitely ask for Jennifer (:
