I’d strongly recommend not using Segal’s. I am including a picture of the damage the dry cleaner caused to my Jcrew collection dress. When I brought the indisputable damage to Segal’s attention, the manager offered to cover the cost of the dress. I provided a receipt for the dress and instead of reimbursing me the full amount, I was sent an arbitrary amount of cash in the mail that was less than the amount on the receipt. I find this type of customer service deplorable and would highly recommend using another dry cleaner.

I paid extra money to have dress shirts cleaned using their special treatment, to prevent the special buttons from being broken. This was a service THEY recommended to ensure that the buttons wouldn't break. All my shirts had at least one button broken.

I love segal's! They are consistently amazing. They do a great job for all my cleaning needs, and their service is out of this world. Within a couple of visits, they will know your car and your name. They do drop off and pick up if you are within range, if not they have a very easy drive through location. I have been a customer for years and I will never switch. Keep doing what you are doing!

I took a very large load of clothes and to be laundered. When I dropped off I specifically stated that I didn't want anything dry clean but laundry service. Upon pickup I was surprised to find that the majority of the items had been dry cleaned rather than laundered. This increase my cost quite significantly. At the time I paid the bill and thought it was best just to find another laundry service but after some thought I decided to give Segals a call to express my concerns. The rep was super polite and kind and responded that after looking at the order there were some things that they definitely could of laundered and that she apologized for the miscommunication. However there was no offer to refund the difference or take on the fiscal responsibility. I was not looking for a refund but felt the laundry price would have been Fair since that is what I requested, and at her own admission would have been an appropriate choice. They left me to bare the financial responsibility of what I believe was their fault. They provided a service I didn't request and then charged me for it. With that said the quality of their work is great. However after this I won't be returning because we were clear on exactly what we wanted. If this was a problem at the time they should have let us know.

Absolutely love this dry cleaner, they are super courteous and do a great job on all my laundry and dry cleaning. Prices are also reasonable!

We have used segals for SO long! We've always had nothing but exceptional service with them! Anything that I don't trust myself cleaning or anytime I can't get a stain out, it never fails I roll up to segals. They always have my clothes done within 24 hours, sometimes even sooner! My favorite thing about them though is the customer service. It starts by how great it is you always just roll up under there car port. They're always out to collect your clothes within seconds. Most of the time they already know my name. There's ALWAYS a friendly face you're talking too! Will continue to keep coming back, absolutely love this place!

Great customer service! Super warm and friendly. Got in a crunch and needed a couple items dry cleaned in less than 24 hours and they made it happen, no problem!
