This place is AMAZING! We went in to get my cousin's ears pierced, and Alessandra explained everything with patience and compassion. The initial jewelry is priced for a pair, not for a single, which was a pleasant surprise! Cousin took it like a trooper. We'll definitely be back.

Make sure to schedule an appointment and even after scheduling an appointment make sure to call ahead of time to see if they can do the piercing, went there twice with no luck.

We took our 6 year old yesterday to get her ears pierced. She was super nervous but their staff and atmosphere really helped ease her nerves. They did a great job and had a nice selection of earrings at varying price points. Overall we would recommend Rowan it's a more intimate and less intimidating setting for younger kids.

I came in with lots of questions following a traumatic ear-hole incident. They were able to answer my questions and gave me some recommendations. They were very busy when I visited on a Saturday, and when I came in during the week, there was plenty of time to talk to the nurse.

Friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff. They made my daughter's first piercings (lobes) a stress-free experience. They also helped me with getting my ears repierced.

It was very easy to make an appointment online. I made one the same day I wanted to get it done! I got my seconds on my lobes pierced here, and everyone was super sweet! They were very helpful with all the questions I had on jewelry and needle versus device piercings. Lexi did a great job! Definitely would come back here again.

Jennifer was fantastic! She helped us after a piercing gone wrong a few years ago and alleviated any concerns and hesitations. Totally professional and would absolutely come back and recommend to anyone looking for an ear piercing. Don't mess with the cheap places - come to Rowan!

We pierced our 5 month old baby's ears here. The service was great, salon was clean, nurse doing the piercings was attentive and really pleasant to interact with. The nurse was also very patient with our daughter and with us while we figured the exact spot we wanted the ears pierced. You do have to purchase earrings from Rowan - they have a great choice especially small studs for babies. They gave a little care package with instructions on how to clean the ear area. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience & super sanitary!!! All of the girls were amazing and Denicia was the smoothest piercer I’ve ever had! I got my 3rd holes, with device, and mid helix, with needle, done. I’ll definitely return for additional piercings!!!
