Thank you SO much for helping someone who struggles with chronic pain find a recliner I can comfortably sit AND sleep in for long periods of time. The manager at this location was so knowledgeable about each product and helped me find the perfect fit.

Visited the Southlake store to get a Zero Gravity recliner. I had no idea they have so many other products for back pain relief. Alexander didn't try the high pressure sales tactics like most furniture places either. Kudos man!

Sean took time and showed all options for the chairs we were interested in getting. Provided guidance based on planned uses. Most people think it's a comfortable chair and get it, not hight, back/arm support.

The gentleman that assisted us was very knowledgeable if everything they sell, helpful, patient and a joy to talk with.We pretty much perused and tried most of the items offered in the store.I recommend him and the store!

I've searched for a massage chair for almost a year & finally decided on Cozzia CZ-715 Qi XE. The Relax the Back staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, & patient with all my questions while trying out several chairs. Sean Ryan, store manager, made the whole experience a totally white glove experience. A+ all the way!

I purchased the recliner for my back. Best purchase I could make. Ended up having lower back surgery, if it hadn’t been for that chair I would not have slept! The only and biggest complaint I have is the leather doesn’t last! For the price you pay for this chair it should not peel. The chair works beautifully but looks horrible. I want to throw it out. But trying to figure out how to fix a mess, .

I've been suffering from lower back issues for years now, and I finally decided to invest in a nice chair since I spend a good portion of my day sitting a computer thanks to my job. I explained my situation to Sean at Relax the Back in Southlake Texas, and right away he led me to the chair I would eventually walk out of the store with about ten minutes later. I noticed a difference immediately after I sat down. The chair provided me with the perfect support and Sean was kind enough to show me all the different ways it was adjustable to REALLY give me that perfect fit. He also let me know of a tax-free discount given to people who need it for both their health and job (which I do!) I've only had my chair for a few hours, but I already love it and am sitting in it, back-pain free as I type. Five-out-of-Five, would recommend to anyone with back issues or just looking to take preventative measures!

I highly recommend checking out this store. My massage chair purchase has been worth every penny, as they carry some of the top rated chairs on the market. I did a ton of research on all the massage chairs on the market and made a decision not only because of the value of the massage chairs this store carries but also the excellent customer service I was provided by Sean and store staff. You will not find anyone else out there with as much knowledge of their products and level of customer service beyond Sean and his store. Definitely check them out and you'll soon see the same reason I chose them and wrote this positive review.

Sean Ryan the store manager was so helpful and knowledgeable and let us get to test all the floor models and enjoy the products! After we left store it dawned on us the store had closed 15 minutes prior, he was so patient and helpful and we didn't feel rushed at all! Will def be buying all of our products form this store from now on!
