Very poor customer service. Was only ever acknowledged by the cashier working the register. She seemed like a nice young lady. Other employees on the floor seem to not want to acknowledge anyone. No “hello”, “can i help you find something”, none of that. The employee with the Mohawk was staring me down as if he expected me to steal something. I work customer service too, it’s common courtesy to acknowledge people even if you don’t particularly like them. 0/5

I drive 30 miles to this store and they have never had what I came for. Never. I don't know why I bother. If you're rich this place might be awesome.

The other day, I was shopping for hiking boots at the Southlake REI, and it was quite busy. However, Collin went above and beyond, patiently assisting me and finding a perfect pair of boots that met my needs, even at a clearance price! His customer service was truly exceptional.

Great store that sells really great quality outdoor stuff. You can find backpacks, bicycles (think not just racing, but commuter bikes, mountain bikes, etc), workout clothing, camping equipment, kayaks, canoes, water bottles, multi tools, knives, you name it.REI is a cooperative (coop).You get a percentage of your annual spend back as dividend - wonderful idea. I have been a member since 2004 or so.REI's return policy is one of the best I have ever seen.Very nice store, great merchandise, wonderful people. Go see them ?I highly recommend REI.

MACK(?) was so amazing! She took care of us the first time we went. Helped us pick out a bag. We went again to browse and she reminded us of the sale that was coming soon. When we the third time, MACK took really great care of us and our friends that we brought. Thanks MACK hope to see you again~~

Was in the other day looking for hiking boots along with lots of other people. Collin at the Southlake REI was beyond patient and super helpful finding a great boot that fit my needs and also on clearance! His customer service was top notch!
