Was in Southlake for a conference and chose to stop by rally house on my way home since I had never been to one and saw them all the time on the Rangers broadcast. Was greeted at the door by a young sales associate who I could not understand because she was mumbling. I politely told her that I was just looking, and thanked her for the help. About five minutes later I watched the manager go to the back of the store for an interview and I overheard her tell the associate to follow up on the floor, which come to find out meant to tail and document me as if I was going to shoplift. It became a very uncomfortable experience because no matter what I was looking at this associate was within 5 feet of me, and constantly followed me and one other customer around the floor. I understand that stores need a loss prevention tactic but this one is not ok especially since the register and other employees are at the exit, poor management leads to these unfortunate situations. This is a shame because the young man that checked me out was so nice and made small talk about my favorite teams, the whole store should strive to that excellence, he got you this one star because without him the store deserved zero stars.

My husband and I were intially excited to shop here as we live in Alliance and wanted to see other options. We were shopping for Rangers gear for the game as we have a box suite & wanted to coordinate. Upon entering I didn't hear the clerk greet us and ask a question, so I asked her to repeat herself to which she rolled her eyes while repeating the greeting and question. As we were browsing she was constantly on our heels, in an annoying fashion but seemed like she was trying to be helpful. The longer we took to make a decision the more we noticed we were being followed around as if we were going to steal something. As other customers entered who were not black or brown I noticed that they did not get the same treatment. At one point we were surrounded by 4 employees just staring while pretending to face shelves. It was completely uncalled for. I will NEVER shop here again. ? No matter what section of the store we were browsing you found the same 4 employees "working". If I could rate zero stars I would. Do better!

Windy, the store manager would not give me store credit for 2 items I got as Christmas gifts that equal to the amount of $240. I was not asking for $240 cash or back on my card, as I did not buy the gifts. I wanted a $240 store credit gift card for the items I got that did not fit, where I could shop at a later time or online. Windy said I could only get 2 items for exchange and they had to equal $240 or be over $240 and I would have to pay the difference. She could not give me store credit (a gift card) with the amount of $240 on it, even with my drivers license to return my gifts. The CRAZY thing is I called the Euless Rally House and they said they WOULD give me store credit if I could not find anything in store I wanted. I drove over to Euless and got my $240 store credit gift card with absolutely no issues. Obviously, Windy the store “manager” at Southlake has no clue what can and can’t be done. Almost everywhere will return a gift with a drivers license, no receipt, and tags still on.

Rally House is great. They have a great variety of high quality apparel & merchandise for all of the college and pro teams in the area (as well as some Southlake Carroll HS merchandise). It's my go to place for birthday/christmas gifts for family and friends and usually end up walking out with something for myself, too. It's a little pricey, but I think that comes with the territory when you're dealing with college/pro sports teams' branded merchandise. Staff is friendly and helpful and the store is always well kept (which is amazing, given the amount of merchandise they have in store). Highly recommend!

Ashley, customer service associate, was extremely rude and non helpful. My wife and I were at the store for 20-30 minutes and never once asked if we needed any help. When I asked for help, she gave us an attitude and felt very uncomfortable, unwelcomed, and upset. We had 8 items and would have liked help. Instead we left empty handed. I am shocked that Rally’s exceptional customer service, quoting from Rally’s website site, is absolutely opposite from our experience for the first time in the store.

The employees were extremely helpful and kind there was a great selection of merchandise and each school was well represented. I would a thousand percent recommend and shout out to Ashley who helped me out at the register!

Customer service is always excellent at every Rally House we shop at. The young lady that assisted me find the UT and UNT shirts was awesome! I wish I had gotten her name.
