Do not go to this location!! They don't want to do their job.. both ladies working were very rude and not helpful. Said they didn't have any orders for my daughter which was fine, but had an attitude like I couldn't stay there without them. So when I called my dr they said they sent them already but did it again. Seems like they didn't even want to check so I had to get them myself and send them to their email. Again which is fine but the way she talked to me was out of line. Then I hear her talking about me while I'm sitting in the waiting room, then when we finally get to go in for my daughter she has to make it clear to the other lady that I have a stroller like it's a problem. Overall both ladies were very rude!

I made an appointment a few days before my draw date because I had to be fasting for these labs. I was able to get a convenient early morning appointment time. I was reminded via text the morning of my appointment on how to check in remotely-via my phone. I was seen promptly upon arrival-only had to wait 10 minutes maximum. the technicians are professional and kind. They are also efficient-they not only have to draw the blood, they have to manage the administrative aspects as well, such as checking insurance. I APPRECIATE having this location available. it is always clean.

Both women working this morning were so nice! The lady who drew my blood (didn’t get her name) was so unbelievably personable and took extra care when drawing my blood! It was so refreshing to see someone so welcoming in the “snooty” town of southlake.

Really, really bad experience here this morning. Very poor customers service, communication skills, and underqualified and under trained employees. And nowhere in the instructions from their emails or in the mobile app does it tell me that I have to print off the order and bring it in. Why? Why even bother having a mobile app if it cant be used for medical purposes?

Christina was so awesome…best phlebotomist ever!! She was so sweet also!! My daughter was nervous but she made it so easy!! The whole process was fast and simple!!

*make an appointment*My provider didn't tell me to make an appointment, but please do because Quest is very busy and only takes appointments only. Ms. Sherri was nice enough to get me scheduled and assist me. Bless her heart. She was very efficient and quick. Took a minute to be in and out.

These people don’t want to accommodate walk in customers because it’s additional work for them .No helping attitude at all , they never receive the faxes doctor sends in spite of doctor faxing several times .They say it may take up to 2 days to receive faxes and their automated system says they can call the doctor if order is not received and they did not even bother about calling the doctor . I went next day with the print out of my doctor order from my chart and they would not accept it . I went to grapevine location and they did accept it and they are way nicer .

Sheryl ( I think that was her name. She’s new ) was so nice to me and provided comfort during the process of taking my blood. On the other hand what seemed to be unprofessional was who I thought would be the manger or lead was on her phone talking while helping my provider with the computer. Also talking to Mrs. Sheryl very rudely as if she doesn’t know anything. I felt very sorry for how this employee was treated. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I Love the woman who took my blood she did an amazing job and should be treated better ! 5 stars to Sheryl

Unfortunate experience. Had an appointment and checked in online and then when I got there they said my appointment was not showing up. They let me sign in as a walk in, but then had to wait 15 mins for someone to see me. Then I get in room and they don’t have my lab orders and have to wait another 15 mins. Lady working front desk was very nice and gave me number to call and that got sorted very easily. Lady who drew my blood and performed my measurements, Sheryl I believe, did not appear to know what she was doing. Again, the lady at the front desk was very helpful to her to ensure I got what I was there for. Well next day I get my results and turns out… the lab tech, Sheryl, put my results in incorrectly. I have someone else’s measurements, weight, and blood pressure as my own. I have had to call and file for a case grievance for my information to be corrected and will probably have to go back in for repeat measurements. The 2 stars are only because of the front desk lady being as helpful as she could and the customer service over the phone. Not sure I will be back at this location again.

Both times I’ve gone to this location I’ve been turned away for a walk in appointment even though there was no one in the waiting room. Both technicians were sitting there on their phones but unwilling to do a quick blood draw. If walk ins are allowed, how is this an okay customer experience? If you want kind hearted people and quick service, the Grapevine location is the answer.
