Your portal or website is the worst one I have ever encountered, and we work with portals for 18 different doctors, 6 different labs or imaging centers, and several hospitals.
It is so bad, I may refuse to allow any other doctor to send us there. I will request Lab Corp instead.
A note to readers: It is absolutely impossible to find a way to talk with a real person to get information, to get help with something, to know which appointment to cancel when you have more than one because you have multiple doctors requesting different blood tests and one of them needs to be canceled.

Rude and painful. One lady complained out loud about me about my early arrival even though they accept walk-ins and weren’t busy. I hadn’t demanded to be seen early or anything. Other lady too seemed to consider my existence an inconvenience but at least tried to fake acceptance of my presence. After rushedly poking me, she eventually, fairly painfully found the vein but left a big red sore spot.

This is the location I always use. The staff is helpful, accommodative, and professional. It is a pleasure to receive my blood testing services through them.

Online information for hours of operation is incorrect. I was there 30min before closing and doors were closed

This location and the Keller location often have employees that don’t know how to take blood without digging around for ungodly amounts of time on my Granddaughter w Down syndrome. It’s excruciatingly painful. This time for me was fast and efficient but the person taking it seemed mad that I showed up at all, just unfriendly period which seems to be the general attitude at both locations. What is this company doing to make employees so unfriendly and inexperienced? This response was only decided upon to share after several visits with bad experiences. I will be getting blood draws somewhere else going forward.

Do not go to this location!! They don't want to do their job.. both ladies working were very rude and not helpful. Said they didn't have any orders for my daughter which was fine, but had an attitude like I couldn't stay there without them. So when I called my dr they said they sent them already but did it again. Seems like they didn't even want to check so I had to get them myself and send them to their email. Again which is fine but the way she talked to me was out of line. Then I hear her talking about me while I'm sitting in the waiting room, then when we finally get to go in for my daughter she has to make it clear to the other lady that I have a stroller like it's a problem. Overall both ladies were very rude!

Absolutely not helpful whatsoever. All staff members are completely unwilling to accommodate walk-ins and unnecessarily abrasive. Upon checking in at 10AM, a woman yelled from across the room, "You know the next appointment is at 11:30 right?!" which would be over an hour wait despite the waiting room being completely empty. I thought, yes that's the nature of walk-ins, you wait for an opening. Despite being the only check-in on the waiting list and within 1 hour, only a few people showing up, I continued to wait. Eventually, I decided to make an appointment for a later date online. At 10:55, I saw that a 11:00AM spot was open for today and selected it. They had full intention to let me wait until 11:30 despite apparent cancellations. Once checked in for the 11AM time, the phlebotomist begrudgingly took me back and appeared absolutely annoyed I moved my time up myself. Overall, just an unnecessarily unpleasant experience with rude staff. We used this Quest location last year with no issues. However, we intend to never return here.

I made an appointment a few days before my draw date because I had to be fasting for these labs. I was able to get a convenient early morning appointment time. I was reminded via text the morning of my appointment on how to check in remotely-via my phone. I was seen promptly upon arrival-only had to wait 10 minutes maximum. the technicians are professional and kind. They are also efficient-they not only have to draw the blood, they have to manage the administrative aspects as well, such as checking insurance. I APPRECIATE having this location available. it is always clean.
