We are incredibly grateful for our experience at Primrose at Hidden Lakes. Our journey began when we enrolled our older son as an infant, and as he prepares to graduate from kindergarten, we couldn't be happier with the care, education, and community he has received.The decision to enroll our younger son, now 11 months old, was an easy one. Seeing the growth and development of our older child under the guidance of the exceptional teachers and staff at Primrose gave us full confidence in entrusting our younger son to their care.The Primrose curriculum is top-notch, providing a perfect balance of learning and play that has helped both our children develop a love for learning. The teachers truly care about the children and go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment where each child feels valued and supported.The sense of community at Primrose is also remarkable. From the warm welcomes in the morning to the regular updates and photos we receive throughout the day, we feel connected and involved in our children's day-to-day experiences.As parents, there is nothing more important than knowing our children are safe, happy, and thriving, and Primrose at Hidden Lakes has exceeded our expectations in every way. We are so grateful for the positive impact Primrose has had on our family and look forward to continuing our journey with them.

Our daughter started at Primrose School at Hidden Lakes when she was a mere 12 weeks old and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and teachers at this location. From the time we set foot in the door for our initial meeting, we knew our baby was going to be in excellent hands. Chandra, Ashley, and Allyson have made us feel like family and Ms. Tennille and Ms. Addi in the infant classroom treat our child like she is their own. We feel so loved and so supported from the top down here and we are so appreciative of the care and attention everyone at Primrose has given our child!

Truly love this daycare and the entire staff! My daughter is so happy when she gets home and learning new things everyday. She’s hardly sick like she was at the last daycare we pulled her out of!

We have had a wonderful experience over the last 4 years at this Primrose location!After moving to the area, we transitioned our daughter to this school for kindergarten prep. The staff was so wonderful helping us with this transition, and our daughters continued to grow academically and socially. Since starting elementary school, she has continued to attend Primrose afterschool and summer programs.Our son, who is now in the preschool classroom, started attending this location as an infant, and it has been so great watching his development that has been fostered by the teachers and staff here.This front office staff is always so friendly and welcoming at drop off and pick up, and they are wonderful at keeping parents informed about classroom/school happenings. The teachers do a great job providing both care and education, and we can see how much the teachers mean to our children. It is comforting knowing our kids are in a caring and safe environment during the day.Primrose Hidden Lakes has become like a second family for us, and we are so thankful for them!

We have been so happy at Primrose School at Hidden Lakes. Our daughter has been there for a year and a half and she has flourished. The curriculum is great along with the communication. We get multiple pictures daily of what she’s doing; making it so easy to talk to her about her day. The teachers and staff know all the kids’ names and are so happy when the greet them every day. My daughter absolutely loves going here.

My daughter has attended this Primrose location for about 6 months now. I wish there were a way to give more than 5 stars. The curriculum is great and the staff are superb, but I suspect that describes 3 out of 5 daycares in the area. These folks are so much more than that. Let me tell you a little bit about them.All of us with kids know that there are few mornings that actually go according to plan. There are so many times it feels like we are staggering out the door, running late, carrying only half the stuff needed for the day. Regardless of our personal chaos, I was always greeted with a kind smile, and my daughter was welcomed with a hug (which was such a gift because she usually cried when I left). It never really gets easier leaving your crying kid with someone else, but it feels better when the folks who are taking her so obviously love and care about her well-being.During our time with them, they also helped us potty-train. Or, more honestly, we helped them potty-train. They were consistent, kind, and helped her go from diapers full-time to fully potty-trained. They also communicated clearly and gave us the tools to support a successful process.I cannot commend them highly enough. It took us a long time to find someone with whom to entrust our most precious gift. These folks are the real deal and worth every cent of the cost. They got to know us as a family and loved my daughter in a way that helped me feel good about leaving her with them in the morning.If you're considering them, take my word. I don't believe you can find better place for your kiddos.

Primrose hidden lakes is by far the best daycare around. We tried a few others before coming here, and after a few days I could tell there was no comparison! The entire staff is extremely friendly and really care about your kids. I wouldn't recommend taking your kids anywhere else.

First review: 7/8/2020My daughter switched to this school about a year ago. She has progressed SO much since coming here! And she loves going to school every day. So glad I found this place!/2022My daughter is still attending primrose, and I will never regret moving her to this school. They truly care for her here as if she was their own, and we will be so sad to leave when she starts public school in the fall. If you want the best for your kids, don’t even shop around, primrose at hidden lakes is the best of the best!

I cannot say enough good about the team at Primrose School at Hidden Lakes! The administration, owners and teachers are all so very special to our family and we are so grateful for them! The curriculum is top notch and we are consistently impressed with what the kiddos our learning. We have also been very impressed how the school handled everything during the pandemic, truly top notch and a leader in the community!!

Absolutely love this place!! Both my son and my daughter have attended Promise Hidden Lakes for the private Kindergarten program (5 years apart) and I can't express how wonderful it is. My son was reading by the time he graduated and he would always surprise me with random science facts like freezing temperatures and planets! Unfortunately my daughter won't be able to finish the school year here since we're moving, but we will miss them for sure. Ms. Chandra is just wonderful and my daughter absolutely adores Ms. Jasmin, her kindergarten teacher... the rest of the stuff and teachers are wonderful as well! We are so sad to go, truly felt welcomed here.

We LOVE Primrose at Hidden Lakes! Our son has attended school there for 4.5 years and we couldn't be more happy with the staff, teachers and community. Not only does he have tons of fun there, but it's evident how much the curriculum has helped him to meet or exceed his developmental milestones. Can't say enough good things about this school!

After touring many daycares in the area I knew Primrose of Hidden Lakes was something special from the moment we walk through the doors! This place is definitely one of a kind. The love and the care my son Is receiving while we are are away from him is truly exceptional. I am so grateful our friends told us about this wonderful place. This school is one of the best schools I know. In the infant room they door so many activities. Reading, coloring, painting, lots of arts and crafts. You may think my 3 month old cant do that but it really helps with there development. I rather be paying for my child to be doing activities in the classroom instead of the teachers standing around talking and just watching the play with toys for hours.
