Just Wow STAY AWAY from this location. My location closed and I've never had any issues.I spoke with three diff pharmacists and/or workers. I was told that my compounded drug would be made EXACTLY the same as the formulary was online. When I went to pick it up, I was given a purple caplet much larger than before, and I cannot try anything new. I drove a long way to get it and it was made wrong. There is NO EXCUSE for this. They refused to deliver it and expected me to drive back and there would be no charge.Give me a break.So I asked the pharmacist to remake it asap bc I didn't know when I would have time.Then on my way 6 days later it still wasn't done. This game playing gets a state complaint.

Very disappointing business. They have neglected to fill my prescription on 3 separate occasions for various reasons. (Short staffed, holidays, etc.) I've also received another persons medication in the mail! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

They shut down the Northlake location and did not notify the customers so if you want your meds I guess you are SOL!

I requested that they transfer my prescription to CVS in Coppell after the Pharmacy Plus in Coppell closed. They didn't or wouldn't do it. CVS had to call my doctor to get a new authorization. They are very disorganized and inefficient compared to the Coppell location.

Way overpriced prescriptions, and they will refuse to turn your purchase into insurance. They admitted to being pretty clueless about insurance. Stay away.

Bad experience with one of the ladies answering the phone very rude and not showing any empathy about charging full price for the medicine, she not even care to find out what was the reason of the medicine going up on price, later I found out, that they did not apply a coupon. She really acted rude and careless about what she does

Southlake's secret small town pharmacy. I seriously hesitated to write this review- when you feel like you are their only customer you don't want the secret to get out! They have just about everything you need from a pharmacy, prescription wise, and they've helped me rather than make the process more complicated like the big brand stores in town. Real people who treat you like an actual person. If you haven't switched pharmacies yet, give them a call and you will wonder why you ever kept your Rx anywhere else.

First time using this pharmacy..WOW!! Jenny is amazing! The ladies at the counter are awesome. It's tough finding people who actually take time to talk to you when things are super crazy. What an outstanding experience this was. Thank you all!!

A wholesale pharmacy located in the heart of Lagos. Limited parking space and the access road is sometimes congested. Range of drugs is limited as well.

Many years ago they did a great job. And for the past couple of years the service is terrible. They lost my contact information, then they put wrong phone number for contact. They make partial prescription order or they keep my medicine for weeks (their mistake) without contacting me, and they are not friendly on phone or in person.
