I’ve been going to Village Nails for years and they rarely disappoint! Most technicians are great so I don’t feel anxious as a walk-in. This particular review is for Sue - she is an amazing nail artist! She was able to copy a design I brought in exactly as pictured and I could not be happier! She can do any design you give her.. she is now my go-to person for nail art. Here is a pic of my fun summer nails!

Sam was amazing. I walked in and it was the best pedicure of my entire life. The customer service was efficient and organized. Will now be a returning customer.
10/10 recommend Sam, along with her add on massages too. Priced well for the quality and care of service.

Love love the place. Smashing management I’ll say for sure. The nail artists are wonderful. Love the place and highly highly recommend it. Sometimes you can get a grouchy nail artist but like most of them are really good and know what they are doing . Have been going there for a good two years now and I love the place.
Cleanliness: Very clean and always impeccable.

First time here and I was absolutely blown away by how friendly and attentive the staff were. Never once did I feel like my service was being rushed. I came in for a mani done by Evelyn and a pedi from Ana and these ladies did an amazing job. I love the variety of nail polish colors that they offer as well. The place is beautiful, clean and you can tell that the staff really enjoy what they do. So glad I came here and will definitely be back!

Sad! I was a loyal customer for many years. Once was great but after a huge decline in service and then losing a toenail and going through a year of recovery from a traumatic pedicure, I just can’t go back. I gave many chances to make things right. It’s just not a place I can recommend.

Unfortunately, it’s hard for me to say I will not be going back to this location. I have not gotten my nails done in a few years, but I want not expecting to leave with my nails looking like they’ve grown out for a few weeks. Though my nail tech was incredibly nice and super personable, but she did end up cutting into my cuticles and filed too deep at the top of my nail beds on a few fingers. I did think the pricing was fair and the atmosphere was pleasing/ clean.

Disappointed with my experience at Park Village. Mediocre service, high prices (who I don’t mind paying if expectations are met) and unfriendly staff. Didn't feel the relaxation and connection I expected during my nail service. The lavender mint manicure fell short of expectations. Poor service overall. The one star goes to the young ladies at check-in, very kind and helpful.

If I could do no stars I would. This is the worst nail salon in Southlake. They charge to file already filed nails. They will tell you thet you need to do something that’s not necessary just to charge and extra $10 I wanted my nails filled super simple they told me I had to remove them to fill them yet they just put them on 2 weeks ago. This place is a joke the nail techs are miserable and miss treated. The manager talks bad about the techs in front of clients, the manager is so rude. 0/10 recommend! Better nail salons out there stop settling for the convenience factor! It’s gone down hill clean wise also!!

I do not recommend going in this place. I went here for a while. There is one good tech Emily, but they ripped me off. Did not want to do a pedicure because I had a scratch on my shin and I said fine that’s that’s fine just paint my nails well I get the bill they charge me for a full pedicure and their excuse was we cut your cuticles bill over $100? Just painting my toenails and then the 48 of that which is for my nails, which is fine but they ripped me off a good 40 3050 bucks. Do not go here. They won’t even try to talk to you about it with you. The ladies, the managers rude. The front desk was nice and felt bad because she obviously knew I was getting ripped off. Beware go to American Nail Bar. This never happened. They would’ve never done that. It’s just down the street.

Waited an hour for a pedicure I had an appointment for. Was told certain techs were not working so I couldn’t request them, and that wasn’t true.

The management at this salon has clearly never read “How to win friends and influence people.” They are absurdly unprofessional and rude. I went to this salon for 4 years because I liked my technician, but after the 3rd time of the management’s rude and unprofessional behavior I decided it wasn’t worth it. An appointment time is only an “appointment” if it’s convenient for them. When you make an appointment you expect them to honor it. But they have no problem taking a walk in customer (with your technician) 10 minutes before your appointed time and making you wait an extra 30 minutes. And cancel one appointment in 4 years and the frightening looking woman at the front desk with the creepy fake blue contacts will chastise you and tell you next time they won’t take your appointment. Too intense and uncomfortable. There are nail salons about every block in Southlake. Skip this one.
