This place has changed my life, and my husband’s life, for the better. Brandon is an amazing trainer and and all-around good guy. He pushes us to do our best and achieve our goals but he’s not aggressive and is never negative. We’ve had great experiences with the other trainers at NexGen and their staff nutritionist as well. If you’re tired of the typical gym atmosphere and are considering personal training- this is your place! Thank you, Brandon and team! We appreciate everything you do for us.

My husband and I have always had fitness as a priority in our life. I would consider us to be very capable and proficient when it comes to "getting our workout in" for the day. We have been members of big chain gyms, smaller family-owned gyms, and the larger group fitness craze. But, it wasn't until we began personal training at NexGen with Brian Andrews that I can honestly say we finally "got it." Not only was I getting stronger and losing some body fat % - but I was gaining an understanding of the "why and how." The "why" nutrition is so important for pre/post-workout, and the "how" to continue making gains in fat loss without losing strength. Watching my husband grow in his fitness journey has been rewarding as a wife. Brian knows how to push my husband to a level I've never seen before. My husband came out of his workouts with Brian knowing they both gave it 110%. Trainers can be a dime a dozen these days - but Brian is one of a kind and a real force in the fitness world. If you are ready to make a change in your fitness journey - look to Brian Andrews for the best direction out there. Hands down!

Brian Andrews is hands down the most knowledgeable trainer you will find. He supports you and your goals 100% and will hold you accountable when you need it most. You will gain strength, knowledge and confidence with every session. Watching my body grow muscle and hitting strength goals has been very rewarding and I couldn’t have done it without him!

I just started working out after 10 years of not doing anything. Justin has been great to push me but at the same time ease me in so I don’t get discouraged. I have always struggled with my weight and a healthy body image. I know this program is going to help me conquer both. I can’t wait to get back to my weekly sessions!

NexGen in Southlake is great and I highly recommend it! I was hesitant in hiring a personal trainer at first because I was not sold on the progress I would make. However, after speaking to the owner, Justin, I decided to give it a shot. I am extremely satisfied with the results I received in two short months of working out with Nick. He listened to what I want out of the sessions and tailored a program just for me. Nick definitely pushed me to my limit, in a good way. Overall, I feel & look stronger and it has been a very positive experience. Give them a shot!

I love the trainers here. They listen to you, but push slightly beyond what you think that you can do. However, one day (very little sleep), they told me to go home and rest and rescheduled me the next day!

NexGen Private Personal Training Studio is awesome. I have used two locations: Dallas and Southlake and both are great. Professional and knowledgeable trainers who push you but do not overdo it. There's no "sharing" time with anyone else so they are focused on you and just you. They use the latest wearable technology and send an email workout summary after every session which is a great motivator. Great shower facility so I can squeeze in a mid-day session and go back to work . They worked around my health issues and crazy work schedule. I used to absolutely HATE going to the gym but I love going to NexGen. Highly recommended.

NexGen Fitness has produced results where other gym memberships have not. The facility is very nice but it is the professionalism, knowledge, and motivation provided by the trainers that makes all the difference.

I may never go back to a regular gym again. This is a a great concept that allows for one on one attention in half the time. Kenny is a very talented trainer who is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and the numerous muscles in the human body and how they should be strengthened and built up properly.
