“Love this store. Only issue is that one salesman seems to try and push everyone out the door so quickly. Went in memorial weekend and the salesman said they aren't letting people try stuff on. Roughly 30 seconds later, another gentleman walks in and another salesman immediately starts letting them try stuff on. Not sure if we just aren't being taken serious but I've bought something at this location every time I've been there. Hope to see this get improved.”

“I need to update my review for this location of Men’s Wearhouse, because we went to pick up my husband’s very expensive suit, and when he tried on his suit it didn’t fit. All they had to do was shorten the sleeves, and the suit is partly wool. Wr don’t know what they did, but we aren’t very happy. We had to leave on our long planned vacation, and when we finally get home and pick it up it had better be perfect.
The following was my original review:
We needed to buy my husband a suit and a blazer jacket last week, and decided to go to the Men’s Wearhouse in Southlake, based on it’s location to our home, and the reviews that I read on Google Maps. The Sage Meadow Trail location was a little closer to our home, and we do most of our other shopping in that area, but their Google reviews are horrible. We received excellent service at the Southlake store and found what we needed. Alex(ander) took great care of my husband and he looks fantastic in both his new blue suit and his new blue blazer. My husband has a suit that we purchased from Mens Wearhouse in Washington State 30 years ago, and it still looks brand new. We will be taking that suit in to be tailored since he lost almost 50 pounds. We even found a dress shirt on sale for $9.99 that was originally over $50.”
“Khols is the most underrated store. If u kno..u kno!! It's mid July and we grabbed back to school backpacks (they have Nike Adidas and JANSPORT!!) the freshest drops all together with a huge variation of same style lunch boxes! Everything is on sale and they coupon so much! I save $256.00 on a $543.00!!! it was CRAZY! I COLLECTED $100 in khols cash with this purchase which brings my bill basically down to $443.00 in all reality!”

“I have bought my daughter's car seat here and was disappointed when it was used out the box though was new. I was able to get a new one but when I put my curbside order in, they cancelled my order and I had to go inside the store after my meeting to get it.”
“When Sephora opened in Kohl's at the Southlake store I was very skeptical but I decided to try it anyway. Although the products were the same great products, the folks working at that Sephora at the time knew absolutely nothing so I continued to go to the Southlake Townsquare Sephora. On Friday, Nov. 4th I needed a new heating blanket so I went to Kohl's and decided to pop into Sephora only because it was raining and I needed a travel mascara. I was greeted by Daniel and I was absolutely floored by the knowledge, professionalism and service I received by Daniel at that Sephora. I consider myself a make-up expert but he knew everything about every line that I liked. If you haven't tried the new Sephora in Kohl's I highly recommend trying this one again and hopefully Daniel will be working there. Thank you Sephora Kohl's for hiring professionals like Daniel. As long as he is there you will have my Sephora business.”

“I love this place. Is it cheap? No. But the clothes will last you. The styles are outdoorsy, but not overly so. You can easily find mix and match classic casuals. The staff is helpful and polite.”
