Just know you need to allot a month or more for hemming. They will tell you one to two weeks max definitely a lie. Don't buy them three weeks before a business trip and expect that to be enough time. You're better off just paying for hemming from a real tailor instead of wasting a month waiting.

Dear Southlake,TX employees working at 1ish on 4/23/23. YOU ARE AMAZING! I thought recycling 20 pairs of jeans was going to be a huge task, but you made it seamless! I actually brought in 40 pairs, my husband 20, me 20.I am overjoyed with my new jeans!I'm not a small girl, but these jeans are perfect!!!! Omg. I can't thank you enough! Jeans are important and so are you!Veronica helped me you rock!

I’ve never shopped with Madewell prior to stepping into this store. Eva spent time helping me find my size and different denim cuts that fit me best. Since then I’ve been hooked and have purchased many more pairs of jeans! There was some trial and error with sizing when buying online, but Rebecca and Megan went above and beyond to help with returning and exchanging in-store.

This Southlake location is my favorite! Everyone is so helpful, especially Rebecca. I usually go to the Legacy West location but ended up here because my phone was getting fixed across the street! Had a mini shopping spree!

The girl that helped me today was amazing. Since I haven't tried on jeans in forever and my weight has fluctuated a lot, I had to go through a LOT of sizes and styles to figure out what was right for me but not once did she ever seem bothered by it. It was really nice to have someone so kind and helpful working with me. Thanks to her I was able to find two pairs that I really liked! (I wish I remembered her name! She had her hair up in maybe a clip and was wearing The Perfect style of jeans.)My only complaint is that a lot of the styles and colors only went up to 27 or 28 in-store and while they did offer to order for me, I wish they at least went up to 30/31 in-store because I needed the jeans for a trip tomorrow.

READ THIS PURCHASERS!!! Madewell isn't wellmade. The customer service is an 11 star in my opinion. I have no choice but to give this buy two stars. A week ago today my employed teenage daughter purchased the Seagrove Pullover Sweater in Stripe Dark Baltic. A $65.00 sweater. She also purchased the Beach Graphic Whisper Cotton Rib-Crewneck Tee and one pair of shoe laces, with her hard earned money. Her total for three items was over $91.00 dollars. That's fine if its madewell. Unfortunately when she washed the Seagrove Pullover Sweater in Stripe, Dark Baltic bleeds out the dark blue onto the white strip and also onto the Beach Graphic Whisper Cotton Rib-Crewneck Tee. The Seagrove Pullover Sweater in Stripe Dark Baltic also ruined other clothes she washed. The purchase was not madewell. She doesn't expect a refund or expect anything to be done. And she may be making purchases in the future. She doesn't even know that I am leaving a review yet.

I love Madewell, however, this specific store is not one I will be returning to. While I appreciate good customer service, they bombard you the second you walk in, and honestly, its just overbearing and annoying. When I went in today and purchased something, they told me after I gave them change, that they did not have any change to give me back. They owed me money and acted like there was nothing they could do about it. The overbearingness, and the unprofessionalism with my purchase was enough to make me not want to return. Not a happy customer, Madewell.

Went here for the very first time looking for real denim, having been in a legging loop for years. They were extremely helpful assisting me in finding the right size and style of jeans I was looking for. They were happy to help me while trying on a whole heap of tops, and assisted by finding tops they thought I would like, getting different sizes, and offering opinions on the fit. I found the prices fair, and a very wide selection of clothing. I was very happy with my experience, and would definitely shop here again.
