Damaged my cabinets and the dishwasher they delivered. Offered me 10% refund and the store was supposed to call me within 72 hrs to process it back to the card used. Instead nobody called and I had to reach back out over a week later to find out they decided to put cash in a safe and had me come pick it up. Nobody in customer service cared and had 40 min hold time on both calls to get help.

Today I was on a mission! I needed a 20 inch planter that didn’t cost my right kidney and some soil for my grandmother’s magnolia tree. She just passed away and a friend sent her the tree to her funeral service, I brought it home since grandpa can’t care for such a massive tree.
I asked one of the vendors (Brett) if he would confirm the tree species for me (it doesn’t have white flowers on it like the more common magnolia) which he did. He went above and beyond in helping me carry my soil to my truck as I had my baby in tow. I didn’t expect anyone to have time to help and was fully prepared to huff and puff across the parking lot but didn’t have to. Customer service at this location is super! Even the cashier at the OSLG register was friendly!
