This store says they provide quality product and service. What a joke!! Only 1 checker , 3 self check lanes… and 20 plus people in line.
Kroger if you want to be sac’n save you need to lower your prices to fit your service.

Bought gift card $100 numbers scratched off card talk to customer service said been happening a lot in their store but they still leave gift cards out. They said they could replace it in 10 days went through card services it was 6 days. If they knew this was such a problem in their store they should have removed the cards. Would have never believed this would happen in a store in Southlake. Very disappointed.

Selection was better with more items in stock than on previous visits, and though there were only two checkers (still too short-handed for a weekend) I was able to get through checkout pretty quickly by bagging my own groceries.
The crowd was strangely light for a Sunday, and this could be due to the fact that customers are shopping at HEB instead, since the prices are a little lower and their meats are better.
I still like Kroger signature stores for their selection of vegetarian frozen foods and plant based milks, but they will need to stop playing bait and switch with ad items and digital coupons and step up their game now that HEB is up here.

This Kroger usually has every thing I need which is great, but I have to say most of the people working self checkout are extremely unpleasant. You have a nice time shopping but then leave with a bad taste. They act inconvenienced any time they need to come over to the machine or are shooting at each other or the customer.

I had patti as a cashier and she was very rude, was very nice and talkative to the customer before us but didn’t say one word to us other than to ask how many packets of water we had but she said it in a nasty tone. It didn’t make me feel welcome in that store.
