I received the wrong item for an online order. They acted like it was my fault that this happened and appeared irritated that they had to issue a refund. There was also no apology for the inconvenience that this caused me. Not very friendly at all.

I ordered a lamp online was at Allen location Salesperson checked inventory at other locations showed 2 at Southlake. I ordered on line got a cancelled email notice called the store salesperson wasn't helpful just said because we don't have it. Other store showed you had 2 well its not always accurate. Asked if she knew where I could get another one or was going to ask about shipping. She put me on hold. If last night your inventory showed 2 after your store was closed where did they go within 2 hours of you opening?

Had the worst experience at Kirklands southlake today. Two female store clerks were working up front. I shop Kirklands OFTEN & popped by the store with my mother to make a return. The woman at the register never greeted me or even spoke to me until I told her I needed to make a return. I was about to tell her that I loved the item, but it didn’t fit in the space for which I had made the purchase- however, she quickly cut me off & says “so you didn’t buy this here??” To which I responded, “I did buy it at Kirklands, just another location”. The associate rolled her eyes and said nothing more. She handed said items to the other store clerk who says “I thinks she should have to return it to the location where she purchased it” (???!!). Right in front of me.My mother and I shopped around for 15 more minutes. My mom decided to buy a pillow. When she got to the check out, the associate says “oh, finished already??” in the most unfriendly tone.Both clerks so, so rude. Terrible customer service. I hope Kirklands can find better.

always a nice store but discovered there were no coupons any more. Covid has hit everyone hard but the consumer is the one who ends up picking up the most slack.

Employees are extremely rude and generally annoyed they have to look at you. By far the worst experience I have ever had; far below a Walmart visit.

They have a great selection for holiday decor! I loved this shopping experience. Two stars because the manager on duty, Charyl, was rude to us and this very sweet sales associate, Fiza. Thank you, Fiza, for your great help today! Hopefully Charyl can learn something from your kindness.
