Jared in Southlake has been our ( my husband and I) go to since we got engaged and married 15 years ago. For this entire 15 years, Rick has been there to assist with every purchase!! He remembers clients and service is a very genuine and consistent! He is honest and knows just what you’re looking for when you might not know exactly. He stays with you through the course of your entire transaction and he even walked me out to my car! He is a gentleman and knows his stuff!! We always look for Rick when we go to Jared because we know we will receive the highest level of service and guidance.

We had my wife's engagement and wedding ring restored here.
They went above and beyond for us, even repairing the missing diamond in our ring. My wife got her ring back and was amazed at how vibrant it was. We had forgotten.
We never really do stuff like this, and I'm always so honored every time someone values what investment we can put forward and does just such a wonderful job like this. Thank you.

Me and my friend are both getting engaged soon so we came to Jared's to try on rings and figure out what we liked and wanted. We were able to browse for a bit on our own which was nice and helped us get our bearings before staff approached us and asked how they could help! Jennifer and Rick each helped both of us and were so incredible. Jennifer was helping me the most and treated me with the upmost respect. I am kind of young to be getting engaged so that meant the world to me! She listened, gave advice and suggestions, was kind and most of all patient. We did not feel rushed at all and were able to try lots of combinations which helped us find exactly what we wanted! It truly made my day and beat my highest expectations.
