We have been here twice to the Southlake location, once to purchase a couple items and once for a repair on a cross necklace that my daughter had for several years. She was a little hard on the necklace and wore it almost every day. We have been very please with service on both occasions we visited the Southlake location and staff is always helpful. I find James Avery Jewelry to be very good quality jewelry for the price and it is our go to Jewelry for my college age daughter. In the past she had some items from Pandora and Kendra Scott, but those items never held up and tarnished. Her James Avery Jewelry has always held up and we have never had the pieces we purchased tarnish like other stores. Very good value for your money.

I like James Avery and their jewelry very much. I had a bracelet that the clasp broke, and when I called and asked about it, I was told to take it to a store, and it would be replaced. This was the first time I had been to this shop, as I was in the shopping center. I rook it in. The nice lady said they would send it back to Kerrville. She then said that it would be a weak to 10 days, no problem. She then called me back several hours later, saying that her manager came in and said that I would have to pay $150 to replace it. Customer care?!? I went back and picked it up, talking it to another store to happily have it replaced. Very strange, indeed... sounded to me that someone wanted an$150 payday.

Soon I entre the store got greeted by souki she is super helpful and knowledgeable she made sure I got what my daughter will love and keep for long term and told me all the services JA gives. First and foremost, let me say I've never had a negative experience at the Southlake store. I've made multiple purchases there and every associate has always been pleasant, courteous and helpful. Today, I had a unique situation related to a return, and Jennifer went the extra mile to accommodate me. She really did and it was greatly appreciated. JA quality is great and the items are beautiful & timeless. However, it's the associates and service after the sale that truly sets them apart. Thanks again & I'll see you when I need another charm!
