I've been at this for MANY years and I can honestly say that this gym is the best and cleanest that I've ever been apart of.There are so many things to LOVE about this gym but here are a few of my personal favorites things about it!They actually RESPECT and Appreciate our VITAL law enforcement officers/first responders and Military. They actually love America and fly the flag.The music is just right never over the top or vulgar. But they like to Crank it a bit on the weekends for Leg day ?.You can actually talk everyone from the owner down and they truly listen and care. Kim is AMAZING! and approachable which is precious and rare for a gym owner!Just friends and family where truly everyone is welcome and wants to grow together in their health and grab BIG Gainz along the way.If you need a trainer Shawn is the absolute best!Shawn Herron is a staple at this gym! He's been sculpting body and minds for well over 20 years. His love and dedication to his training craft is second to none!

The cleanest gym I’ve been to. And I’ve been to a lot. It doesn’t have all of your commercial machines, but there are cable machines and other machines you won’t find anywhere else. It’s never over crowded and the staff will know you by name. Highly recommend.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to! I go every time I’m in town and look forward to it each time. All of the equipment is clean and there’s plenty of racks, machines, and even a sled push/pull area with artificial turf. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

The place always smells fresh and clean, the instructors are kind and personable and will adjust according to my needs. I am 70 and appreciate the ease of the workout, my body never feels stressed. This is perfect for anyone with past injuries

Excellent gym. Was visiting from out of town and went for the day. The gym locker room was very clean. Lots of great equipment and well maintained, and very friendly and professional staff. Really great experience.

New member. I’ve really enjoyed coming here. Nice crowd. Great equipment. Clean. The only nugget I’d put in ownerships ear is that the bleach blonde front desk guy is absolutely miserable and not a friendly face clients should see when they walk in the door. As a business owner, bells and sirens would be going off and I’d be making changes. I say hello and get a nasty look. Sorry dude for even bothering you.

I love working out at this gym. The equipment is high quality and the trainers are great! The place never feels over crowded and the women’s locker room is very clean (a must for me). I pass several gyms to get here, this gym is worth the extra miles.

What a fantastic place! This has been my favorite gym I have ever been a part of. I’ve had memberships everywhere to all the big companies and nothing comes close to this gym. The staff there is phenomenal! Everyone of them! They all take pride in their skills, the place is spotless, I love the amenities provided. I will always support this gym as my home gym, I can’t see myself going anywhere else. Y’all have to come check this place out, I promise you you will love it. Thank you guys for the outstanding work and facilities.
