I always have such a great experience at Ida Nail . Andy the owner and all the staff there always take amazing care of me and I love the work they do! They take pride in their work and making you feel special!

Walked in here after hearing they were great from my neighbor. They took me in right away and offered me a drink which was nice. Unfortunately my nails have never looked and felt worse. The guy doing my nails used the machine to file my cuticles and he cut me several times. My cuticles and skin around the nail look terrible. Sad this place didn't work out cause it's super close to my home. Also the smell of the nail products being used were overwhelming when you first walk in. Not used to that.

I was in town for a conference, I had some time to get my nails done. I am SO happy I went here! They are such friendly people, they made feel like a princess while I was there lol, they did an awesome job on my nails. I wish I could bring them back home with me so I can continue getting my nails done by them. :) Thank you so much for the warm hospitality and doing a beautiful job on my nails. I highly recommend this place!

No loud music nor loud chatter. Nice ambiance and relaxing music. Attentive and accommodating staff. Reasonably priced.

8 years later, and I love Ida Nails just as much as did on my first review! Everyone is so talented and kind. They will do their very best to ensure that you leave with exactly the look you had in mind. The place is spotless and you can tell that they take great pride in taking care of their clients. I see Cindy every three weeks or so, and she is amazing!! Andy, Ronnie, Ashley, Mai, and the rest of the staff are awesome as well!

The ratings don't lie! Wow, love love my nails that I got done here!! They did such a nice job and were so nice as well! I can be quite picky about my nails and I would definitely recommend this place.

I looooved the vibes and the employees were very nice. Andy was the one who did my full set acrylic and I think Donnie is his name who did my toes and I loooove how they both turned out. They took their time and really made sure I was satisfied. They even offered a beverage which surprised because I've never been offered that before. I've been to a bunch of other nail salons that don't care and just want the money. Andy was so nice and did offer suggestions for designs which I did take one of the suggestions he offered. I definitely recommend this place. A bit expensive but I think it's expected for where it's located. I will for sure be back!!

Ida Nail is the BEST! After the most disappointing pedicure at a different salon, I came back to Ida Nail (I am mad at myself for going somewhere else , but the other place was closer to home). Ida Nail is family-owned and operated and they care about their customers! I have been dozens of times and never had a problem. I will never go anywhere else again!

I started coming here a few months ago and I must say the customer service is unmatched. The owners here really do care about their customers and that speaks volumes about the business. If something is wrong, they will fix it. No questions asked. They want to make sure that you leave happy which is very hard to find, especially in Southlake.
Ann has been EXCELLENT the last couple of times that I’ve done my dip powder. She is patient and pays attention to detail. She will ask you along the way if everything looks good, which again means she cares about her customers and the quality of her work. I will request her every time because she is awesome!
I’ve had a couple of pedicures here and they have been OK. I really care about the massage and the final product which is the polish at the end. I haven’t had the best experience so I will just ask for a different tech next time, but I will still give them five stars because of their quality of service is unbeatable.
Love this place and will continue to recommend them to others.

I've officially been coming here for a year! Cindy does my gel manicure and Ashely does my gel pedicure. I always get greeted by name and the staff always takes their time to get my nails looking their best. Anytime friends ask me go get my nails done, I always suggest this place and nowhere else. I'm so glad I found this little hidden gem in Southlake.

I tried Ida Nail out on a whim. I got my nails done at another salon for my birthday and was completely unsatisfied. I called Ida Nail and they gave me a same day appointment to have them fixed. The owner(I unfortunately didn't get his name) removed the dip nails that I had just gotten an hour prior and did a gel mani for me. He was meticulous and paid so much attention to detail. Everyone in the salon was so kind and accommodating. The attached picture is my nails from over a month later and there were zero chips or lifting at the cuticles. I definitely recommend!
